*The kitchen has been completely upgraded and is equipped with every gadget, appliance, or utensil you will need to prepare your favorite beverage, snacks, or even a complete Holiday meal!

*In the living room you will find a large L-shaped sofa complete with a very comfortable, high quality sofa bed. There is a 55" Flat Panel TV that you can watch while eating at the very unique dining room table.

*Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking.

Great host and condo!

The condo was beautiful and in perfect walking distance from the beach. Construction was not as distracting as people may think and the host was very quick to respond back! Will be booking again!

Two weeks of fun days and comfortable nights

The condo was great. Everything was clean and newly updated. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. Our small grandchildren visited us, and they appreciated the beach toys in the lanai.The grounds were under construction and thus, off limits. But the pool opened up on the last day we were there, and I was happy to swim around in it for an hour.We will definitely plan on returning in the future.

Very nice condo along beach in Sanibel

Condo complex pool, hot tub and gas grill stations were not up and working despite claims to be functioning amenities on advertised listing. Likewise, picture of the grounds was clearly taken pre hurricane -- and not representative of current construction site it honestly is. Overall, unit itself is beautiful and newly remodeled, location is great -- when amenities do get rebuilt, they will be very nice -- just need to make sure other guests are aware they are not presently available.

Great location and responsive host

We had a good visit. This unit has furnishings and decor equal to the pictures advertised. It has great appliances, and the kitchen is equipped with everything you will need during your visit to Sanibel. The unit has a great view of the beach and parking close to the building. The unit is the closest to the elevator, so it is easy to unload when you arrive and pack your car when you leave.The best part of the unit was the host. He was immediately available by text to answer any questions or handling any issue. I found him a pleasure to work with during our visit. I strongly recommend this unit at Pointe Santo. I will not hesitate to rebook this unit if it is available on future visits.Sanibel is quickly getting back to pre-hurricane status. We were thanked by many local people about returning to Sanibel and we will be back.

Beautiful getaway

The property was beautiful! Pictures are an accurate representation of the condo. Had everything (and more) that we wanted and needed from a vacation rental. The owner was outstanding with communication! When Sanibel Island heals from Hurricane Ian, we not only would return but highly recommend this rental

Home Away from Home

My husband and I brought our 3 daughters (26, 23 and 14) and our 2 year old grand daughter for a week. This condo was perfect. When we walked in the first thing they said "it smells so clean!" and it was! All the beds were very comfortable. Seating for our group of 6 for dinner and relaxing whether watching TV or on the balcony was also comfortable. There were sand toys, beach chairs, umbrella and 2 boogie boards which we used daily. Paddle boards and bikes were available to rent on the property. The kitchen was one of the best stock kitchens we have ever experienced in a rental. There was a crockpot which was nice to have dinner ready when we returned from the beach. Restaurants, CVS, TShirt shops, grocery and ice cream were all close. Instacart delivery was also available! We absolutely LOVED our week in Sanibel at this rental and can't wait to go back!

We loved our stay!

We loved our stay at pointe santo. Beautiful beachfront condos. Property Manager is very attentive, friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo fairly nice and clean, property eh

We stayed in unit d33. The condo was fairly clean and comfortable. However, there were multiple annoyances during our stay. One, the satellite service to the tv was not so great as well as the Wi-Fi was poor. The second day we returned to our condo from the beach to find our water was turned off. After calling the service line they said the water should be back on by 4pm. The water ended up being out for 2 days because of some kind of emergency that was never really explained to me. In fact, the staff was pretty bad at communicating anything about this. The property seems to be poorly managed and maintenance mediocre. Another annoying thing was twice when we returned from dinner or shopping, the cleaning vehicle was parked in our spot even though our condo wasn’t being cleaned. Also, we were left only 2 trash bags and 4 roles of toilet paper for the whole week. So we had to purchase those on the island. Despite the hiccups, my daughters and me were determined to have a good week, but things could have been better. I regret not staying at Oceans Reach which is always excellent, but I tried something different this time. Anyway, you live and you learn

Wonderful week! Will stay here again. Direct access to the beach. Central location. Condo seemed better than the pictures, which looked great. Enjoyed 30 minute bike ride to lighthouse, kayak trip in mangrove preserve and beautiful sunsets 12 minute drive up to Captiva. Excellent shelling. Can bike to Bailey’s for groceries. Loved it!

Lovely condo!

We had a terrific experience with this unit - very easy check in process and great communication from the property manager. The unit itself was just perfect - very well appointed and comfortable, we loved it. The only reason I didn't rate this 5 full stars is just that the pool is undersized for the complex. It was constantly crowded with no chairs available. Otherwise everything else about this place was great!

Beautiful Sanibel

What a wonderful property at the Pointe Santo de Sanibel. Definitely one of the best spots on Sanibel Island. Excellent accommodations made our stay feel like home. Loved the screened-in patio with views and the queen bed and twin bed in BR2 to sleep our 3 kids. Thank you!

Wonderful Condo and Community

What a beautiful condo and community! The condo is beautifully appointed, with everything you could possibly need AND it was spotless! Keith was very easy to work with and to reach. The community is well kept and the beach and pool area are so nice. There were a lot of families with children who were playing beach volleyball and cornhole all day, so much fun to watch. There are BBQ grills in the courtyard and Adirondack chairs around the courtyard to sit and have a drink at sunset or a cup of coffee in the morning. I would rent again in this complex and most definitely from Keith.

Pointe Santo resort

This rental was clean and comfortable for our family vacation. The grandkids loved the pool and kids activities. We were expecting beach toys and pantry items in the condo based on the listing. The only problem we had was with a smoke detector going off even after we changed the battery. It should be replaced.

Beautiful setting.

Pointe Santo is a beautifully landscaped property. We could walk or bike to shops and restaurants. The condo was as described on the third floor. Nice view from lanai. Really enjoyed our stay. I would return, but it is not dog friendly and will need to travel with emotional support dog in the future.

So, enjoyed the trip and location. The unit was exactly as presented and wonderful spot to decompress and recharge. Would like to come back again. Suggestion would provide liquid shower gel/shampoos/lotions.

Met and Exceeded our expectations.

This is the first time we have not stayed in a ground level unit. Enjoyed the view from the lanai and was quieter than the lower levels. Keith was very helpful and wants to please. Looking forward to next year.

Margie and I have vacationed at many beaches since we were first married. As our family grew we began to look for a wholesome and natural environment to enjoy with the children. We were also looking for a place that offered rest away from traffic and noise, but enough activity to have plenty of fun. It wasn't long until we found Sanibel. The island is a place with everything or nothing to do. It's your choice.

After renting for seven years we decided to take the plunge and buy a place of our own. Our primary goal was to deliver quality that replicated a fine hotel. In addition, we wanted to offer a value that would encourage our guests to return year after year.

Twenty five years later we are still sticking to our original charter. We are certain if you stay at our Island Retreat once you will be back!
