The lower level features 3 comfortable bedrooms for up to 10 guests. Sleep soundly in the king bedroom, queen bedroom, or the ultimate kids zone—featuring a full-over-full bunk with a twin trundle (sleeps up to 5 kids!) plus a closet loaded with toys, puzzles, and games. An additional twin fold-away bed provides flexibility for larger groups.

Snow Fall: The driveway has a slight drop to it so a low vehicle may have trouble getting out of the driveway during high snow fall. Snowplow service is provided when snowfall is greater than 4 inches.

***Note*** This home is attached to a one bedroom/ one bathroom apartment, and both unites are listed as short-term rentals on VRBO and can be rented at the same time. There is a large and heavy door in the laundry room that is securely locked on both sides so when being dually rented, neither guest can unlock from their side to access the other unit. The laundry room in this unit is what separates the two spaces. Both units have their own separate front door on opposite sides of the house, and both have been designed to be very private and secluded. This unit has private access to the fully fenced in backyard and hot tub, the apartment cannot access the backyard and has their own private front door and fenced in outdoor seating area on their side of the house. If looking to rent the entire home, that is a separate listing on VRBO and can sleep 14 (4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms).
