Inside, you’ll find soaring 17-foot vaulted ceilings, warm wood accents, and a bright, open floor plan that invites you to unwind. The great room centers around a majestic stone fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings and movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, complete with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining table ideal for gathering together.

The wraparound porch is a true highlight, your group can gather on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the fire table. Utilize the gas grill for alfresco dining and sunset barbecues. Downstairs, the game room and home gym provide endless entertainment with a foosball table, game table, smart TV, and exercise equipment. The loft upstairs doubles as a reading nook or kid-friendly hangout, complete with a TV and vintage VHS player for nostalgic movie marathons.

Things to Know:
Lake Lure Notice: Pontoon and non-motorized vessels may be no longer than 28 ft; ski, deck, or fishing boats may be no longer than 21 ft.
Watercraft Rentals: Available locally, Memorial Week–Thanksgiving, when the lake is open.
Check-in: 4:00 p.m. | Check-out: 10:00 a.m.
Quiet hours: 10:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
No smoking anywhere on the property.
All guests must follow our Good Neighbor Policy and avoid illegal activity.

A starter kit is provided: dish soap, sponge, dishwasher and laundry packets, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.

RUMBLING BALD GUEST PASSES
Guest Passes needed to use resort amenities will be at the rental property. Please be sure to leave passes upon departure to avoid a $50 pass replacement charge.
