If you`re sensitive to wildlife or critters, this may not be the best fit for your stay.

The home runs on a private well and septic system, which is common in rural communities.

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hoursā notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes.
We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house. Let Host know of daytime guests.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage. There will be a $500 fine for evidence of smoking inside the home.
- Dogs are considered with approval and additional pet fee.
- No ATV`s, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms.
- Quiet hours 9PM to 8AM, keep outdoor noise to a minimum.
Non-Refundable Reservations:
Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnbās non-refundable window.
