This quaint studio sleeps four across a Queen bed and a brand new, Queen sleeper sofa. This second-floor unit also comes equipped with a fully stocked kitchen and a private balcony overlooking the lake. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so youā€™re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. It is a short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

Once inside, the foyer offers two storage closets for guest use. The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combination and granite countertops as well as a separate vanity area for convenience. The living room offers a flat screen TV with a DVD player and wood-burning fireplace to cozy up inside by. The sofa is brand new and folds out into a sleeper sofa for additional guests as well as a recliner with a foot-rest.

The Queen bed is nestled by the windows offering a serene view during the day of Keystone Lake. Natural light is easy to come by as the far wall next to the bed is taken over by large windows exposing beautiful mountain views and lake views. Next to the bed guests can access the private balcony. The private balcony overlooks the Keystone Lake and surrounding mountain views.

The fully stocked kitchen also has granite countertops as well as a refrigerator with an ice-maker, full sized oven for home cooked meals, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. Utensils and cookware are available for guest use. The dining room seats four.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Coffee pot,kettle, seasoning, toilet paper, paper towels, sleds to go sledding, so many things! Perfect place to stay for your vacation! The view was amazing! There is a great walking trail along a lovely stream as well as around the 5 acre lake. The yummy Bighorn lounge is right next door for food and adult beverages. There is a very limited grocery store within 200 yards to get the few essentials you have forgotten. Just below you is a place to get coffee, sandwiches, etc. Rentals for paddle boats are also available. Excellent choice if you are attending a conference. It is about a 5 minute walk to the conference center.

Loved it!!

We loved our stay. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view! We had a blast on the paddleboats on the lake, the Rathbone taproom was fabulous, and the Nowhere Pizza Pub was excellent! We will be back.

The only thing that was a bad experience was the attention on the office, we got there and the lady acted annoyed at us from the beggining, she was rude, didnt explain nothing and her overall attitude sucked. Really beautiful!

It was lovely! The space was gorgeous with great views and amazing amenities. Only things that were disappointing was how squishy the bed was and that the TV was pretty dated but otherwise everything was perfect and I wish I could live here.

Bed was cold and butted up against a frozen exterior window, Mattress was cheap quality and unsupportive.Shower was cold and did not get warm.No complimentary bottled water.The coffee was unpalatable.Very unpleasant stay

Condo was clean on arrival well appointed. Our plan was to come to Keystone. Enjoy the mountains and watch the Olympics. However, immediately NO TV FUNCTIONING. We immediately called, and was told someone needed to be out later that evening. Got the same run a round w promises for THREE days. Everybody passed the buck on to someone else, but we never got any help. Nice ā€œsorrriesā€, but no TV. WE LEFT TODAY after 4 days, very disappointed-NO PM OLYMPICS Then, as we were preparing to leave to decide to use the laundry down the hall -swalloes$1.75, NO WORKING. DONT ADVERTISE AMENITIES THAT YOU DO NOT HAVE. REIMBURSEMENT. CALL 517-290-0701.

Wonderful property!

This was a great location in Keystone - only about 5min drive to Keystone Resort, 25min from Breckinridge, 20min from Frisco, and 10min from Dillon. The instruction packet that was emailed was FANTASTIC - probably one of the most thorough instructions I've ever received from a rental property, including check-in and check-out instructions, driving directions, wifi instructions, and even recommendations for local activities, dining, etc. We found the bed to be very comfortable and the property to be quiet - we heard the neighbor's TV for about 10min after we first checked in, but otherwise the loudest thing we heard the entire weekend was the geese. You should bring an eyemask if you don't want to rise with the sun, as the blinds don't block much light, but we knew this from reading previous reviews, and it didn't bother us at all. It's a great efficiency-style apartment, very clean, and well-stocked with basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, aluminum foil, soap, etc.). We would absolutely stay here again!

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
