Lakeside Village Condo w/ Great Panoramic Lake Views, Steps from Activities

This 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It features beautiful panoramic views of Keystone Lake. Updated kitchen, living room furnishings (New photos coming soon!) and the extra bathroom is a great added convenience. Located in Lakeside Village so youā€™re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has a smart TV next to a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and new furnishings were added in early 2023. There is a queen-sized sleeper sofa and extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private patio is just off the living area and offers amazing views of Keystone Lake. In the winter you overlook ice-skating and hockey, and during the summer youā€™ll see the sparkling water with people canoeing and enjoying paddle boats.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar comfortably seats eight people. The guest bathroom is near the entryway and features a pedestal sink and a walk-in shower with glass enclosure. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a new king-sized bed with Ivory White Bedding and a smart TV. There are beautiful lake views from the picture frame windows. The en suite bathroom has a pedestal sink and a shower/tub combination with dual shower heads and a jetted tub.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Enjoy the luxury of a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Lake View with a Mountain Backdrop

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Off season so just a few people staying there. Felt comfortable leaving the blinds open to see the mountain and lake view day and early evening. The lights were beautiful. Caught the walking trail outside our back door. Perhaps it was the time of year, the geese droppings were abundant in the yard and on the walkway, but the goslings were adorable.

Amazing winter stay

My boyfriend and I booked this condo for our February anniversary and loved it! Great location to breck and frisco and the keystone spa was an amazing place to get a relaxing massage and hang in the hot tub. also great that there are two restaurants in walking distance and easy parking. Very spacious condo, we HIGHLY recommend!!

Cozy stay on the lake

We enjoyed our stay and the easy access to the lake. The kids loved being able at walk out the patio and play in the snow and ice skate. We made the short walk to the lift with our gear and it wasnā€™t too bad! Would love to stay again!

Of all the condos that line Keystone Lake, this specific unit is special and unique. Not only is it closer to the lake than any other, its unusual architecture lets you lounge inside, but just a few feet away from the water. My spouse and I stayed here for a long weekend in late September, when the aspens were peaking, and it was absolutely perfect for us. We're the kind of people who use a vacation rental more as a retreat than as a base of operations to venture out from. Consequently, we spent most of our time reading, talking, and looking out the windows to endlessly gorgeous views of the water and the mountainsides. A little walk around the lake and the nearby environs every now and again, then it was back to the reading seats! Of course, everybody walking the path nearby could see us just as we could see them, but that was okay with us -- we felt like cats looking out the windows. The unit itself had all we needed -- when the biggest problem is lack of a convenient hand towel holder in the bathrooms, everything is pretty good! The property management company is also excellent -- very communicative and responsive, even on Saturday and Sunday. We hated to leave, and would be delighted to stay here again.

Great Views and Relaxing Stay

The property is close to Keystone Ski Resort and was right in front of the ice skating rink and we enjoyed the views from the large panoramic windows, the built in heaters under the window seats was also very nice. The property was exactly what we wanted and more and we will be back in the future.
