This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, luxury condo is located in the Clearwater Lofts at Keystone. This condo sleeps 4 across a King-sized and queen sleeper sofa. It features a private balcony with mountain views and in-unit washer and dryer. Clearwater Lofts is a brand new complex near Lakeside Village in Keystone and only a half mile to the Mountain House ski lifts. Enjoy the free Keystone shuttle directly to the ski resortās Peru Express Chairlift or ride your bike on the recreation path from Clearwaterās front door all the way to Lake Dillon and the surrounding towns. Clearwater Lofts also offers two shared outdoor hot tubs for guest use.
Upon entry guests will find themselves in the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area. The full-size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to enjoy a home cooked meal. It also features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, pantry, and an oversized refrigerator/freezer. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony, this unit is stocked with a drip coffee maker+coffee. The dining area seats four and there is also additional seating for three located at the breakfast bar. The private washer and dryer is also located just off the entryway.
The living area offers rustic style cozy furnishings, a ceiling fan and mounted Smart TV. Cozy up by the stacked stone fireplace and watch a movie as the snow falls or get a game night going, this vacation rental comes stocked with board games. Additionally, The couch pulls-out into a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping arrangements. Additional sheets and blankets are stored in the closet The balcony, located behind the living area, offers outdoor seating, and sweeping mountain views.
Next to the living area guests will find the primary suite. This primary suite features a King sized bed, Smart TV + DVD player, ceiling fan, and an en suite bathroom. The window offers mountain views to enjoy from the comfort of bed. The primary bathroom features granite countertops and a shower/tub combination with beautiful gray tiling. The bathroom also had a second entrance from the common area.
Guests of Clearwater lofts can park one car in the underground heated garage. Perfect for protecting your car from the Colorado Elements. A second parking spot is available in front of the building on a first come first serve basis.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.
VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
