Lakeside Condo w/ Mountain & Lake Views, Steps to Shops, Dining & Activities!

This 1-bedroom, 1.25-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sleeper sofa. It is ideally located in Lakeside Village so you’re just steps away from shops, restaurants and lake activities. Short walk from the Keystone Conference Center. It offers beautiful mountain and lake views from the private balcony. Stainless steel appliances and private garage. Guests of Lakeshore have access to the East Lake Clubhouse that features an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.

The living area features a flat screen TV next to a gas fireplace and the picture frame window offers beautiful mountain and lake views. The sofa pulls out into a queen-sized bed and additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just off the living area and overlooks Keystone Lake with mountain views beyond.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features stainless steel appliances. The dining area comfortably seats six people. There is a quarter bathroom for guests with a single sink vanity. It also has an entrance to the primary bathroom. Bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom has a single sink vanity and a door separates the shower/tub combination and toilet area for added privacy.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

Amazing getaway!

Beautiful views! Walking distance to food and fun. Thanks for the fans to help with removing the heat from the condo! The outside air was cool even during the day. Comfortable place, private and convenient.

2nd time staying here. Nice place, owners have updated some of the furniture since last year. Kitchen has everything I needed.

Nice Condo but Very Hot!

Nice condo and the garage is a bonus in bad weather. It was well equipped and had new flooring and updates. The Keystone Lodge and Spa is next door to the condo (a two-minute walk). From there, you can catch the shuttle bus to Keystone Ski Resort and the Lodge also has a bar and restaurant.On the negative side, the condo was extremely hot. When I arrived, the thermostat was showing 74 (and at times it got up to 77-78). I reported this to the rental company on the 1st or 2nd day.I was disappointed that when I mentioned it to the rental company, on how hot the condo was, they pretended not to know anything about the issue and said they would send out a maintenance person. They then said they couldn’t find any issues and to just ‘crack the windows’ open. When I looked at previous reviews, I noticed that other people had reported the same problem with the heat, so it was a known problem.It's very difficult to control the temperature accurately by opening the windows and in the evening, you would get the music from the ice-skating rink and some traffic noise.As I was staying in the condo for a total of 25 nights, I told them that this wasn’t acceptable and would they be able to provide an AC unit for the bedroom. I was told that they wouldn’t provide AC units and to just leave the windows open (I have all the text messages). If they had been honest in the first place, I would have been more accepting of the situation. I think this should have been mentioned in the listing.

This property fronts on the Lake at Keystone. Went there when the fall colors were peak. Absolutely beautiful. The condo is very well maintained and very comfortable for two. Keystone is a great resort!

Wonderful place to stay. Beautiful view. Very clean and modern. Host even checked in after the first day to see if we needed anything. Place was extremely hot, though. 80 degrees in condo when we got there. Even with windows open it only got to 72 and it was in the 30s outside. Not sure why it was so warm. Had fan in place so that helped cool it off a little.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Was like coming home and it felt wonderful! The condo was updated, clean, the bed was amazing, and SO much hot water in the shower! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes/pots & pans and utensils, (which is usually not the case)! My favorite place was the small but comfortable balcony...sat out there every morning and every night! Property management was amazing and so organized! Very impressed and will be staying AGAIN!

Comfortable & nice area

We've stayed in other units in this area, so we already knew we loved the area. Everything is close. We did need one item that was missing and with one call to the property manager - we had that item within 10 minutes ON A SUNDAY! No doubt we will be staying here again.

Good Value

This was a good value for the location to the red shuttle and summit bus to Keystone. The place was clean, but outdated and could use some new blankets, shades, and chairs. Other than that, the kitchen was fine with the basics. Bring your own coffee filters. The property managers were very good with communication. Just be aware that the place to check in to the property is not the location of the condo. We did not have a car and had our shuttle drop us off at check in spot, then had to take the free shuttle to the condo with our luggage. Not terrible, but just be aware. There is a little grocery/liquor store next tot he check in place were we grabbed some groceries. There are really no restaurants within walking distance of the condo. Overall, a great value for the location and lodging next to the mountains.

This was a great little spot! We loved the location, not far from Breck, frisco, copper, Loveland. Super cute little town. Nice and spacious, easily would have room for 4 people but maybe bring a little extra cushioning for the pull out sofa. Great property, easy access, the sauna and hot tub were great after skiing

Great Location

Nice one bedroom overlooking lake. 4 minutes from Keystone, close to A Basin and Copper. Garage is a real bonus in snowy weather. Condo itself is obviously a full time rental and slightly worn but is just fine. Had to turn off the heat and open the windows to cool the place down to a livable temperature, which in turn let in the loud music from the hockey rink immediately out back (music ended at 9 pm). Noise not an issue for me but could be for some people. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location; units needs attention

Several items damaged in this unit upon arrival including faucet, blinds, doors, tile/grout. Aged unit needs some TLC. Carts have flat tires and difficult to work with.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really enjoyed the lakeside view. The place was very clean, quite and had all the necessary items for basic cooking. The only critique I have is that the neighbors lights really illuminate the bedroom, despite all the blinds being down....maybe some black out curtains would help. The rental company's check in process was super easy and I was impressed with how they reach out to you to make sure everything is okay. Overall though I really enjoyed this location, view and stay and would definitely book again...maybe with just some eye covers;)
