Walking distance to fantastic restaurants on the beach or enjoy your own meal on the balcony patio with a view of the crescent beach. The property was recently updated with new furnishings and beautiful decor. Brand new tv's installed & new AC to make sure you are comfortable and enjoy the clean, comfortable space. You won't want to leave!

Marco Island November stay.

Our host was quick to respond to our minor issues. It was a great stay at this condo. Well equipped with all necessary items needed. Very convenient to restaurants. The beach access was the best. Along with all beach chairs, towels, ect. All workers were very kind and quick to help if needed. Will stay again.

Right on the beach

We had a lovely time on our honeymoon. The property is right on the beach - a bit of a walk out to the Gulf but we loved being right there. The pool was large and lovely. The condo was clean and very beachy. I loved the decorations. We didn’t get a chance to try out the tennis courts but they looked really nice. The condo had some construction going on during our stay but the condo and the location definitely made up for it. The condo was the perfect size for us. The master bathroom has double sinks and I always like that. Jill was very responsive when we had any questions and very friendly and kind. I would recommend staying here. Marco Island was very chill - great restaurants. We were happy that Snook Inn had reopened right at the end of our stay.

"Marco Paradise"

The condo is beautifully decorated. The view of the beach and gulf are amazing. We were sad to leave. The 2 bedrooms, closets, and bathrooms are very spacious and well lit. All the rooms have ceiling fans and new TVs. You can see the panoramic view of the beach from large windows in all rooms. The beach is a short walk away, beautiful, and shallow for a long distance, many shells. The pool is large for lap swimming and has a warm shower. You can see the spectacular sunsets from the sand. The kitchen has all you need, and you can dine on the balcony. The condo, building, and garage are very clean and secure. The landscaping is lovely with a row of palm trees sparkling at night. The host was very nice and responsive. The key had to be picked up and returned at 2 different locations, but the host is working on a better system. Hope we can return.

Perfect Location Comfortable Stay

After staying in various properties for over 20 years and having knowledge of the island we think this is the perfect location. Jill’s unit is well positioned to view the beach as well as the greenery from the common area and Residence Beach. The parking for the unit is very convenient located on the 3rd floor (same as her unit) and is an easy walk for unloading groceries and luggage. The bed was comfortable and everything functioned properly. It would be nice if the kitchen were a bit larger and reconfigured but there were no issues with preparing meals, etc. Bathrooms are ready for an update but the colors and floors are all fairly neutral nothing obnoxious or offensive and in great shape and working order. Main room has been updated and we were overall very comfortable. Any questions or concerns it was easy to work with Jill. There is a small workout room on the first floor and grills in the pool area. Overall we had a comfortable stay and would return.

Jill & Kal Lowden, property owners fell in love with Marco Island in spring of 2022. It was our first time visiting this beach and we didn't want to leave! We enjoy relaxing on the beach after a morning run or walk down. The beach is very long- close to 6 miles & we enjoy looking for shells and wildlife, watching the sunset and eating at the nice restaurants in walking distance. We also enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony and pool area, as we relax and unwind. Wonderful place and we hope to enjoy Marco full time in the future!

The View is hard to beat- the beach has soft white sand and the warm water is a beautiful shade of blue- green. Sunsets are magical!!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Walking distance to both ends of the beach South end for restaurants & watersports and North end for secluded stretches for birding, shelling and quiet. Right next to Residents beach- no buildings in close view- only the lush greenery, soft white sand and blue waters of the gulf!
