The home itself is extraordinarily decorated – warm colours, sleek design, luxurious furnishings, and the odd jewel tone or pastel pop for a spot of colour and character. The owner has filled the apartment with unique art, lending the home a more personal touch that just can’t be replicated.

A dedicated service team means there’s no need to worry about anything during your stay here – they can arrange for fridge fills and welcome packs, as well as airport transfers.

GUEST ACCESS

The entire apartment with all amenities is accessible for my guests.

All closets are empty but full of hangers, you will find toiletries and hair dryers in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, china, glasses, and cutlery.

Basics like tea, coffee, water, milk, capsules for the Nespresso Machine are provided to make sure your arrival will be relaxed. Detergents for washing machine and dishwasher are provided for 3 nights stay.

My stand-by guest manager will happily provide more supplies on request for small additional costs

My standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM, but I always try to adapt to my guests if I don't have another group of people checking-out the same day. Me or my assistant will be waiting for you in the house at the time previously agreed to give you the keys and help you with anything you may need. There is no 24/7 reception so it's very important for me to know your exact arrival time and your flight number. There is an extra fee for late check-in to be paid in cash on your arrival.

● All bed sizes are given in UK sizes which might differ from your countries sizes
● Due to a high number of tourists visiting the area during weekends - our Wi-Fi signal can be affected.
● Disputes and Chargebacks must first be addressed between host and guest. In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, all reprocessing fees and all associated legal fees may be applied.

Despite providing the best possible Wifi access solutions which are currently on the market - you might experience unstable internet connections from time to time, especially during weekend due to low signals from the provider.
