The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for a large group. The firewood was enough for our several days stay. Everything was clean with enough space for the 6 of us. There were books and games for the kids. The kids really enjoyed the pool and sledding in front of the unit. Would happily stay here again.

Fantastic ski retreat

Took my family of five up to the property for a ski vacation and we had an amazing time. The Condo was very comfortable, had everything we needed and more. Ten minutes to loon mountain, a rec center with a pool and hot tub across the street, fully stocked kitchen, fireplace, and plenty of board games the kids loved. I highly recommend and we will be coming again!

Great Family Getaway!

We have been renting at Deer Park for the past 5+ years and this rental property has been the best! From the location, cleanliness, and communication, it was a great experience. It's very family friendly spot and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I highly recommended this rental and will definitely be back again!

Beautiful Stay

The house was perfect. All the beds were comfortable and the living space was perfect. We also enjoyed the beautiful art work and decor. We visit Deer Park often and this was one of our favorite condos! The view was incredible.

Clean, beautiful location and condo

We had a great quick getaway for leaf peeping. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well stocked. The views of pond across way idyllic. We didnā€™t use the resort amenities this trip but did a quick walk around and they looked great. We would definitely come back again.

We've stayed in many places in the area, hotels, condos, time shares. This is by far the best place we've stayed at that was affordable, clean, in a great location and could fit a large family. Would highly recommend. We will surely rent again!

Nice Location

Condo was adequately equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend. The best thing about this unit is the close proximity to the lake and clubhouse. The back deck has a lovely view and itā€™s just a few steps to a grassy common area with lounge chairs by the water. Perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book or conversation.

Perfect Week in N. Woodstock

We had another great week at Deer Park. Have been coming up to the area for years and we always leave refreshed and wanting to stay longer! We love staying in this unit as it is near to everything! Working with Ed and Nancy is a breeze and their condo is fully stocked with everything you need. We hope to come back year after year! Thank you again so much!

Awesome mountain getaway

The property was just as described and pictured. We were a family of 6 traveling to NH for a ski weekend. The house was perfectly equipped to spread our 4 children across the bedrooms. Having 3 bathrooms was also a game changer. The mudroom for all our winter gear was also very convenient. Thanks to Ed for a wonderful stay!

Perfection Location In Deer Park

The house was immaculate and conveniently located near the rec center. Ed was incredibly accommodating, providing plenty of recommendations for activities. Luckily, we were there during a blizzard, with over 2 feet of snow at Loon, which is just down the road. After skiing, we enjoyed the Apres ski in the rec center, where the kids could swim. Among the 4 families across 3 units, this place was undoubtedly the nicest.

Definitely would recommend this condo!!

Booking condo easy, condo itself very clean and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable. Beautiful in and out doors. Beautiful view of the lake, and a hop skip and a jump to the pool, game room. Kids loved it!! Would definitely book again. I donā€™t think we were without a thing. Very accommodating. Ed was beyond helpful.

Cool mountain air!

Love Deer Park with family. But second year in a row there was a glitch. The pool / hot tub wasnā€™t available, a disappointment for the children. I would definitely rent this unit again but may search for a unit that could accommodate a well behaved family dog. The owner was great to work with.

Great stay for our ski vacation in New Hampshire

Wonderful 3 bedroom unit close to everything. We stayed at this property for our New Hampshire Ski Vacation over Presidents Day week. Nice mud room entry with hooks for all our ski gear. Plenty of comfortable seating in the living room. Very clean kitchen which had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which were all clean. The location of the unit in the development was ideal as one could walk to the indoor pool and activities building. The place is close to numerous restaurants and Loon, Cannon, Waterville Valley ski areas are all under 30 minutes ways. Communication with the owner was great and they made the effort to make sure we had the best stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Christmas 2023

I spend Christmas week with my two grown children and their spouses and my new granddaughter (8 mos old). The condo was perfect! The location was great for hiking and walking. We planned to ski all week but the weather did not include snow! No problem between the new pool and the hiking and walking trails we had plenty to do. Kudos to the owner who was very responsive to my email regarding getting into the Condo.Completely my fault but he promptly answered on Christmas Day! I would definitely stay there again.

We have been vacationing with our extended family at Deer Park for many years, and our two boys would rather vacation at Deer Park than anywhere in the world, so when the opportunity came up to buy this 3 Bedroom Townhouses, in one of the most sought-after locations within Deer Park, we knew this purchase would be the best thing for our whole family.

Por que o anfitriĆ£o escolheu essa propriedade

In all honesty, if you're familiar with Deer Park, or even if you aren't, the location of this 3 Bedroom Townhouse is truly one of the best within the complex. Our deck has a creek to the left, a large yard area, and is right across from the lake and beach area (a 1 minute walk at most). We are also one of the closest units to the Recreation Center, where you can enjoy the swimming pool, as well as racquetball, weight and exercise rooms, as well as the large upstairs (perfect for large family gatherings and parties - we've had many throughout the years).

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

As mentioned, besides our location being ideal, we've updated the Townhouse very tastefully with local artwork and prints, and we are fully equipped for a great vacation. The Lincoln/North Woodstock area is really a destination spot for the whole year -whether foliage or hiking in the fall, skiing, snowmobiling or skating in the winter (and the Ice Castles are always a good take), or hanging out at the Deer Park beach and hitting the local breweries in the spring and summer, it's always a good time.
