The Lift Lodge was clean, spacious, and in an absolutely perfect location. Being able to step directly out onto Main Street made it incredibly convenient, and the property was a great home base for exploring Park City.Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues during our week-long stay. The hot tub was broken and unavailable for the entire week, which was disappointing, especially after being out enjoying the mountains. Additionally, the balcony was inaccessible due to construction, and there was construction noise throughout the day.Overall, the rental itself was comfortable, clean, and well located, but the unavailable hot tub, inaccessible balcony, and ongoing construction took away from what otherwise could have been an excellent stay.

We also understand your disappointment regarding the unavailable hot tub, inaccessible balcony, and construction noise during your stay. These amenities and construction activities are managed by the HOA, and unfortunately, the timing and duration of the work were outside of our control. Amazing place!! Right on Main Street and within walking to everything. So comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub. We want to come back to get to use the awesome rooftop grill and firepit!

Close to everything. Ski rental and lockers are all on site right next to the Town lift. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Best Location

We’ve stayed at Lift Lodge units in the past and love the location and convenience to downtown as well as being just a few steps from Town Lift. No driving or shuttles necessary! We will definitely be back!

Amazing Location

Loved our short trip. This location is second to none - can't wait to come back during ski season - this location is ski-in/ski-out right at the "Town Lift". Blue Swell was great, easy to work with. Property was clean and easy to find. Overall this short trip was great!

Nice Late-Season Find

We came for the pond skim the second weekend in April and had a good stay here. We loved the proximity to restaurants and walkability, and the shuttle to the mountain was just down the stairs (old town lift closes end of the season). The kitchen was also well stocked and there were plenty of keurig pods! Our only note was that the air conditioning for the entire building not turned on yet for the summer, even though the listing indicates there is air conditioning. As it was a warm weekend (60-70 degrees on the mountain), we were sleeping in a 75-82 degree apartment. If you’re looking to stay here near end of season, you may want to take this into consideration as the sun shines directly into this space all afternoon.

Perfect location - tired furnishings

Pros Location Perfect Property manager was super and even got us reservations for dinner Owners were great Humidifier availability was a nice touch Cons/challenges Layout of unit was awkward...made furnishing this place difficult There is no pantry to place dry food (we used the fridge for everything) Furnishings need an upgrade One bedroom had twin beds. We would have preferred a king/queen (although this could be a positive for families with children) There was no bedding for the pullout couch. However, it was delivered for the last evening of our stay. Humidifiers most didn’t work This unit is close to 5 stars...it’s just didn’t earn it. I would stay here again but I would just set my expectations for as follows.....5 star location and 3-4 star comforts/furnishings

Nice Property, Bad Managment

The good: The unit itself is cozy, well-appointed, and in an awesome location. We highly recommend visiting Park City during late September and early October, as the autumn colors are incredible. The bad: We had a horrendous time checking in and dealing with the property management company, Blue Swell. Before leaving for Utah, we verified our unit's door code with Blue Swell, as it did not appear on the app we were directed to use for all information we needed regarding the rental. The door code we were given was incorrect. Another hot tip is that the supposed emergency contact number listed in their app for the unit is just a local answering machine, at least in the evening, and does not actually direct you to someone's phone line. Not great for a real emergency. I was able to find a national emergency line through Blue Swell's website, but this number should have been included in our reservation information. We ended up sitting outside our unit for an hour as we waited for someone to give us a code that actually worked. The next morning, we discovered that the rooftop hot tub, lounge chairs, and fire pit, which of course are prominently displayed in the photos advertising the property, would be closed for maintenance during the entire week and two weekends of our stay. While we understand that maintenance is a necessary evil for any rental property, we should have been given advance notice, and we also should have received at least a direct apology, if not also a limited discount since the the property we had was missing a key aspect from the advertising. If you are looking for accountability and customer service in your rental experience, Blue Swell is not your company.

Also, to reach our after-hours service, you just need to call our main line number. Any maintenance with the condo itself is out of our control. Convenient but that’s about all

King bed had a pillow top and was so soft we had to sleep in the twin beds in the other bedroom. There was a lot of mechanical noise….boiler under sink for “instant hot” faucet; and some other electrical noise for which we could never determine the origin. Oh yeah, ZERO views.😕

Great property do not hesitate to call to get door code

The condo is exactly as pictured! It is right on Main Street near the Town Chair Lift. The rooftop deck and hot tub provided a unique outdoor space with amazing views. One recommendation- do not wait to call if you do not have your door code right at check in. We did not have it right at 4pm and this created a lot of stress for our crew. Once we got through the answering service and FL Blue Swell office we got the door code and it was smooth sailing. I wish it was provided earlier. It would have started our visit off on a better foot.

Fantastic property! really well laid out, great location at the bottom of Main Street just above the Harvest Cafe (great food and coffee). Tony the Manager/Owner of Blue Swell rentals was very helpful, prompt and accommodating in fixing a few minor issues for us. Oh and enjoy the roof top deck with Barbaque, Fire Pit and hot tub. We cooked and hung out up there most evenings with a great view over Old Town.

Great location

The unit was exactly as pictured. Location was right at the base of Main Street and next door to Harvest which is a very good coffee shop and eatery. We had a minor issue with the toilet. Maintenance was out that day. Another issue with parking. We received tickets when we parked in the designated spot. We left the tickets for management as they said they would take care of it. The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
