Don't worry about missing your favorite shows while on vacation as the flat-screen, SMART TV is equipped with cable, streaming, and a DVD; Blu-Ray player!

If you prefer to spend a big part of your time taking in the gulf breeze, step into the screened, ground floor lanai. Three comfy chairs and a small side table fill the space allowing guests to enjoy both snacks and drinks outdoors. Exit the lanai door for a quick walk to the complex pool, as well as a path to the public beach access across the street. After a day spent enjoying the beautiful beach and swimming in the community pool, your fully equipped kitchen has all the things you need to create tasty meals. The condo's bright kitchen boasts clean, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a wooden table and built-in seating for four. Whether you throw a fun, family style dinner or simply rewarm some take-out, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a drip coffee maker, toaster, and more are all at your disposal.

For a more formal dining experience, gather the family and enjoy a sit-down meal around the farmhouse-style table that comfortably seats six. With the dining room table and kitchen banquette, there's plenty of room for the entire family and any new friends who drop by!

When you're ready to retire, you'll find your rest in the serene primary suite. The primary bedroom provides guests with a comfortable king bed, white-washed wood furniture, flat-screen TV and walk-in closet. There is also a private entrance to the lanai for late night star gazing. The adjoining primary bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink vanity and plenty of bath towels and toiletries.

The large guest bedroom has two full-size beds, flat-screen TV, soft bedding, and dresser to store your personals. In the closet, you will find plenty of beach essentials to make your stay stress-free. Guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a standard bathtub, vanity and plush towels for each guest.

The condo is equipped with all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is wireless internet, cable TV, streaming, DVD and a Blu-Ray player, a drip coffee maker, beach chairs and toys, and one designated parking spot.
