This property is a stunning, tropically landscaped, fully updated and renovated home located on Siesta Key. It boasts spacious vaulted ceilings, tile floors, new furnishings, and stylish decor throughout. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an eat-at bar. The living room features a 60-inch flat screen HD TV with over 200 channels. Most rooms offer outdoor views and have access to the pool area. This property includes three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating six adults. Additionally, it offers a beautiful outdoor, screened-in, full-size pool with a propane grill and outdoor furniture, overlooking the canal. The house underwent significant renovations in 2014, and the pool area was completely updated in June 2024. Situated in a quiet, secluded neighborhood just half a mile from public beach access, this property also offers free ride services and bicycles, eliminating the need for a rental car. Itā€™s an absolutely beautiful home, perfect for relaxation!

Great location

This home has a nice kitchen and pool area that is private. The Master room mattress is soft. Owners were responsive with questions/issues. Plenty of beach chairs/towels/sand toys. Nice location near the main beach oarking. We enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Location

Spacious home that has been well loved. Beds are very comfortable and house comes equipped with almost everything you need especially if you have small children (pack and plays, baby baths, bouncers etc). Short walk to the public beach. Owners were very pleasant to deal with. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because there were many dead bugs in the house, that being said Florida was having a cold snap when we were there so guessing they were trying to stay warm!!!

Amazing Family Vacation

We spent a wonderful two weeks in this vacation home. The house was clean. There were more than enough towels and bedding for our family. The kitchen was stocked well with utensils and cookware. The kids enjoyed the pool in between our walks to the beach. The walk to the beach was doable with kids ages 5,5,6,7. The walk might be a little far for younger kids, a wagon would be helpful to tote beach supplies and tired little legs back and forth. Our favorite part of the house was the canal. I thought I would be worried about the kids, being so close to the canal but it was great. Itā€™s far enough away and a few large steps down from the pool (looks closer in pictures). We enjoyed drinking our coffee, looking at the canal every morning. We did a lot of fishing. We even had a dolphin visit us on our last day. We will definitely come back!

Fabulous location

Quiet, beautiful, neighborhood, friendly neighbours, luxurious pool overlooking the canal. Short walk to Siesta beach and the village is not far at all! Would love to come back!

Located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to bike to the village. The caged in pool area extended the outdoor time and sitting by the canal with your morning coffee was perfect

Very Spacious! Beautiful Pool!

We loved our stay! We stayed for two weeks and found the house to fit my parents and daughter perfectly. The house provided all of the basics (salt, pepper, pans, beach towels, beach chairs etc.) The pool was clean and was the biggest private pool weā€™ve seen in a rental. The pool does get deep very quickly!! We were close to the Village and public beach access! We would highly recommend this location!!!

Lovely house, near the beach, excellent hosts!

- Mike and Angela were very responsive and helpful in all their communications. - House was clean and just as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. - Well stocked kitchen in which we cooked a lot. - Comfortable beds and good AC - Included bikes were a really nice touch - Awesome pool which the kids loved - Great view of the water from the pool with beautiful sunsets - Truly a fabulous VRBO experience and I would (and will) 100% rent it again! This house is great and wonderfully located in Siesta Isles, only a half mile walk to Siesta Key beach. It also is located on a canal for a great view and a peaceful visit. The owner is very responsive to ensure a great stay.

Great Location, Wonderful House

We enjoyed our extended stay at this quiet and well equipped home. The house is located on a very quiet street, and peaceful neighborhood. The mattresses are all high quality. The garage was tidy, and left plenty of room for parking our large vehicle. Beach supplies were well stocked- towels,cooler,buckets, seats and such. Two bikes are also provided. Kitchen is well equipped and easy to cook in, with a great bar seating area, that makes a nice open concept. Pool area being completely screened helps on evenings spent outside. Overall we loved this house and would quickly book it again. It is located in a very bike-able neighborhood. We biked to beach and village with no trouble. Highly recommend this home.

Wonderful stay !

We found the house to be spacious and very comfortable, providing all the amenities for an enjoyable stay! Loved the lanai and the gorgeous view! Wonderful proximity to the beach and other attractions such as the trolley, restaurants and the village. One of the bycicles had a flat tire, but we didnā€™t think to contact you to have it fixed. Our fault. We would suggest a new grill as it was rusty and not appealing on the inside to use. Also, we thought the pool would be heated, but the water was too cold to use. Other than those few things, we were very happy with our stay and would love to come back!!

Great property with amazing pool

Lovely modern spacious property with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The large pool went down well with the whole family which overlooks the canal, where at night you can hear the fish splashing about. The house is in a Nice quiet neighbourhood with some very friendly neighbours. As short walk (9 minutes with two kids) to the beach and the the trolley bus stop. Looking forward to returning

Wonderful Home. Fabulous and comfortable with a large relaxing pool on the canal.

The house was perfect for our needs. The pool was refreshing because of the heat. We swam every single day we were there. The master bedroom and bath were very roomy. the open floor plan was perfect for our family. A suggestion would be to add a tv in at least one of the extra bedrooms since not everyone wants to watch the same tv shows in the evening. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a clean updated home with a large pool.

5 star home from home

This is a gorgeous home with high-end interior furnishings. It was super clean with everything you could wish to make your holiday a relaxing home from home experience. The bikes were a nice touch and the screened pool a lifesaver in the summer heat. The house has a lovely airy feel with lots of space so as a family you don't feel cramped. The house is in a quiet cul-du-sac, just a couple of minutes' drive from the beach and 5mibs to the village centre. Great when you want to escape the 'madding crowd'. Communication with the owner is good ...she responded to a problem we encountered with the AC on our arrival efficiently the following day and it was resolved within 24 hours If you're looking for a well-furnished place to stay just away from the beach, then this is the place for you. We've been coming to Siesta Key from the UK for nearly 25 years and always stayed directly on the beach. But I have to say this house and location has changed our holiday habit!

Beautiful Home

Absolutely loved this place! Did not want to leave. Rode the bikes (provided free) to the beach in the AM, and grilled out and lounged in the pool all afternoon. Very clean and relaxing. Great location, private and quiet and just a few blocks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Will be back for sure!

A luxury villa in a lovely area.

One of the best villas we have stayed at in the area.It is well designed and well decorated.The cooker, fridge freezer and other utility gadgets are first class.the pool and surround is delightful and gave us much pleasure.The pool attendant was helpful especially when we thought recent storm had compromised its safety.The garage door mechanism failed but the electrician was able to fix it.If I am allowed one constructive criticism-the kitchen lighting is too dim.It needs powerful spots and under unit strip lights.As it is it is difficult to read the instructions on the packets.Siesta Key beach is one of the most attractive in the world is so near.We love the Old Salty Dog restaurant and many superb eating places up and down the coastThank you We had a wonderful holiday.John Nicholas.
