The combined Upper and Lower Sheridan units offer you a freshly remodeled, amenity-filled, complete duplex in the serene, family-friendly Sheridan Beach neighborhood. For your large group or multiple families, you have available to you two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living rooms, two dining areas, two sets of washer-dryers, two workspaces for remote work, three bathrooms, a fun backyard space, and 13 beds across five bedrooms, including a fun, 6-bed loft space, in the upper unit. Both units also feature abundant smart features, such as USB lamps and smart thermostats.

Both kitchens are cheerful, light-drenched and fully supplied. You’ll find everything you need here to prepare your favorite meals in an upscale space with its excellent lighting, stainless appliances, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and chef-preferred gas stove. You have every essential in each kitchen, including a toaster, blender, hand mixer, and all the essentials, such and plates, cups, glass cookware, bakeware, mixing bowls, pots/pans, utensils, and paper towels. You’ll love the convenient coffee bar in each unit.

Both living rooms are bright, cheerful and beach-themed décor and full of comfortable seating with a smart TV in each.

You can gather the group around dining spaces that seat 10 in the upper unit and 4 in the lower unit.

Grab your beach towels by the door of both units as you head out to the beach. (Hosts also supply accessories, such as wagon, umbrella, and beach toys!)

Need to do remote-work tasks while on vacation? Both units have you covered with dedicated work stations. You’ll find the workspace in the living room in the lower unit and tucked into the kitchen in the upper unit.

In the charming back yard, discover the firepit with its Adirondack chairs, and grill on the charcoal grill – with supplied grill utensils. Roast marshmallows with the Smores Board provided. The welcoming covered porches provide a great spot to enjoy your morning beverage.

After a full day of fun adventures, a selection of comfy sleeping spaces await you. In the lower unit, you’ll find a main bedroom featuring a queen bed, inviting linens, and ample storage and a second bedroom with both a full-size and twin bed.

In the upper unit, discover a main bedroom with queen bed, two bedside tables with USB lamps and great storage options. The light-drenched second bedroom offers a full-size bed with sumptuous linens, plenty of storage, and bedside table with USB lamp.

The fun begins for kids or kids at heart when they climb the charming spiral stairs to the loft and discover six beds! Slumber parties start here! You’ll find clever shelving running behind the beds and USB lamps throughout, a fat, colorful beanbag chair, and a 27" ROKU TV. The loft bathroom offers a shower stall, abundant towels, hair dryer, toiletries, and other supplies, and a cute, barn-door style mirror above the sink.

The kids will also love hanging out in the sweet alcove landing spot on the loft level with more beanbag chairs.

You’ll also find extra sleeping space in the form of a full-size blow-up mattress in each unit.

In the lower unit, experience the large, remodeled bathroom with tub/shower combo and tile surround.

The main-level bathroom in the upper unit offers a tub and shower combo, plenty of towels, hair dryer and thoughtful touches.

You’ll love the convenience of a stacked washer/dryer combo in both units, both tucked into bathrooms.
