Well-maintained, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath, first floor condo (2nd to last bldg. on right) with Wireless Internet access is located on the scenic Intracoastal Waterway at Waterway Village @ River Oaks Golf , 1 mile from the spectacular International World Tour Golf Links, 10 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Jetport, 4 miles to Ripken Baseball and 5 miles from the beach. You will be very comfortable in this 1,000 square foot unit which sleeps up to 4 people. There is a large L-shaped outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking the Intracoastal waterway, indoor pool, tennis/pickle ball court, putting green and basketball hoop all on property.
Picture yourself relaxing and sipping on your favorite drink while watching the boats on the Intracoastal Waterway from the large screen porch that not only overlooks the waterway but also the outdoor pool. I honestly believe that once you rent this unit that you will want to come back again and again!

This unit is in a perfect location because you are close to all the following attractions: over 80 Championship Golf Courses, more than 1500 Eateries, Cal Ripken Experience, Deep-Sea Fishing, Dolly Parton's dinner show, Casino Cruises, Carolina Opry, Barefoot Landing Shops & Restaurants, Alabama Theatre, Medieval Times, Legends In Concert, Broadway at the Beach, Antique Shops, House of Blues, Awesome Miniature Golf Courses, Scenic Riverboat Tours, Myrtle Beach State Park, North Myrtle Beach, Surfside Beach, Museums, Zoos, an Aquarium, Water Parks, Amusement Parks, Carolina Safari Jeep Tours, nightlife and Lots More!

Great Myrtle Beach Condo

Location was great for us, we were in Myrtle for a baseball tournament at Ripken. It's right around the corner. The condo was clean and well equipped. Don was a great host and very responsive. Our dryer broke within our first few days and he had a new one delivered quickly. This was much needed because we had to wash our baseball uniforms daily! Highly recommend!

End of School Trip

This was the perfect location for my family at Myrtle Beach. Not too far from everything we intend to do while we were here. The property manager, Mr. Bishop was very helpful and very tentative to any issues I may have had. My girls loved being able to go to the pool everyday and having a screened in porch was great. We played tons of board games and felt welcomed by the community itself. The condo was a nice size for the 3 of us and the two bathrooms made it even better knowing I didn’t have to share. Knowing that this is a gated community made us feel really safe at night. Thls is a great location if you’re looking to might be right on Kings Hwy or Ocean Blvd. I would be more than happy to book again.

Outstanding vacation

This condo was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. It was nicely decorated with very comfortable furniture and beds. We loved the screened-in porch which made it very enjoyable to sit and read, play games or watch the boats go by, all without the pesky insects. The breeze was fantastic. It was close to all the sites we visited. The owner Don was a pleasure to communicate with and always responded promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

The best host ever at a superb property.

We cannot add enough superlatives to describe our stay at this fantastic condo and condo development in Myrtle Beach. Don is the most responsive and accommodating host we have ever experienced. Great location, great parking, close to the beach and inland water activities. We could not ask for more. Once again, thank you, Don.

The kids and I had a great time at this location. Don had taken very good care of us from check in to check out. The property was clean as was the condo. The view was quaint and relaxing as was the screen room. Had an issue with the construction next door but Don as very helpful to get it resolved. The location was very nice as well. Too bad the outdoor pool was not heated nor the indoor pool. We had a great time and would definitely come back. The also helped ship some items that I forgot, which I’m forever grateful!

Second Stay Still Great

This was our second stay and it was still great. Love sitting on the couch and looking at the water. Easy walk to the pool. A wonderful place for vacationing and relaxing.

Week vacation

Best place we have stayed at in Myrtle Beach for the price value. Its clean and comfortable and quiet. Lots of older residents in the area with a few other condos in the property being rented out to other vacationers; so you get a variety of people. Lots of things to do in property, basketball, fishing off the pier, tennis, putting green, pool, and many more. Don was very easy to talk to over text and I'm sure if i was to have called them, they would have been just as nice in person. Very reasonable pricing for an awesome little spot! Thank you, and we will be back if they'll allow us. 🙏

nightmare from hell

The condo location was what we were looking for, area, lst floor, view of ICW. We were told there was a couple who had marital problems & the police on one occasion had to be called. I responded that would not bother us. What he failed to mention is they lived right next door & they almost daily had the ambulance,fire dept & police. there. they were hoarders and the smell from condo and the cigarette smoke seeped through the walls and at night it was impossible to breathe in our condo. I had to buy an air purifier. my husband and I both had sinus problems from the pollution. We were limited to using our deck due to the smell coming from their condo. When I reported all of this to the owner his comment was I am glad they're getting help. The lady, Robin, stole on several occasions the front door mat and i retreived it. The police, ambulance were there and wanted us to file charges She stole our door decoration and the 2nd time she broke it. She would open our storm door which the lock was broke and I told the owner about it. We called the police in Jan. to her because she kept knocking on our door and trying to get in. We told her repeatedly to go away. She would wait for me to come out and ask me to take her to the store or call her an ambulance. She was filthy, smelled of urine and body excrement. She drooled all over everything she touched and would shake and say she couldn't stand up. I have pictures and copies of the emails sent to the owner using his email.

Great place to stay

The condo has a very nice, quiet setting on the Intracoastal waterway. The unit was just as advertised and perfect for a couple. It was clean and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive in any communication I had with him and clearly wanted to ensure that our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.

Great location

I stayed for a week in august and having a pool was perfect. I believe it was a salt water pool and hot tub. Any issues or questions, the owner was right in top of it. Lovely scenery to have a cup of coffee in the morning. Very close to local restaurants like tavern in the forest and the sneaky beagle which have amazing food.

Great rental

My family had a great relaxing time at the condo. It was nicely updated and really enjoyed the screened porch. You can sit and watch the boats on the intracoastal waterway. Very convenient location to all the restaurants and attractions that we like to visit. Don was great with communication and was always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend renting this condo from Don.

This condo had it all. Tennis rackets, noodles for the pool, beach towels and plenty of board games. The view from the screened in back porch was great. It is only a short distance to the beach!

An amazing week

We couldn't have found an more reasonable property for the week we stayed. Clean, neat, location to everything we were looking for from golf, bowling, shopping, and entertainment. Had a storm and power outage and cable company was wonderful to help us get everything up and running again. We will book again and recommend anyone looking for a great place to stay and great price.
