Our beautiful two bedrooms, two bath Golf Condo is located in the World Class Barefoot Resort and Golf, Willow Bend, North Myrtle Beach SC, where you can get the ultimate resort experience without the high-priced resort fees. Contact Owners 304-669-6312

Our Condo is located on the second floor for easy access and has a balcony in back with beautiful views of the eighth (8th) hole of the Greg Norman designed golf course. This unit is in excellent condition; newly painted, new flooring, new quartz countertops, new furniture, large TVs, comfortable and tastefully furnished - over 1000 square feet, this condo allow you to spread out and RELAX!

This condo is perfect for a golfer's getaway, family vacation, shoppers, ladies outing and for couples. Please make yourself at home, in our home, and leave the stress of life behind. Once you enter the main gate at the Barefoot Resort and Golf, you will realize that you are in a special place.

Our condo was renovated in cool, relaxing colors of pale tan, pale green and cool blues.

The Kitchen, Living Room, and Dining Room areas are open concept with custom furniture, a large screen TV with DVD player and Roku. There is also a new queen size pull-out sofa bed with new mattress and a new love seat. The Master bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress with large TV and its own bathroom suite with a large walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, new mattresses, dresser, closet, new TV, and close access to the full second bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including large coffee maker, individual coffee maker, blender, toaster, crock pot, waffle maker and more. The unit also has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryers, and a total of 3 TVs. A new counter height composite outdoor table and 4 chairs and also 2 new regular chairs. There is a “Ring doorbell” and “Alexa” in the condo programed for heat/air and lights.

This unit is centrally located in the Willow Bend section of Barefoot Resort. The Willow Bend pool is located right across the street with lounge chairs, tables, new picnic tables, bicycle rack, and outdoor charcoal grill. (Bicycles must be kept outside - not inside the condo) NO GLASS at the pools! NO grilling in the condo - no grills allowed on the balcony!

You can also take a short drive to our larger pools at the main entrance to the resort (Near North Tower/Yacht Club). This pool has a hot tub. There is also a free community shuttle bus that runs from Barefoot Resort to the beach 🏖 from 8 AM to 4 PM during peak season - and to the North Tower pool; where there is also access to the Intracoastal Waterway for boating, jet skis, etc.

Free Parking Only for owners and guests/renters. No more than 5 people (4 adults total) in the condo! The Willow Bend section of Barefoot Resort and Golf does NOT allow golf carts, motorcycles, boats, large trucks or recreational vehicles in the Resort parking lots.

Attention Golfers... Just outside the main entrance to Barefoot Resort is Barefoot Landing - the boardwalk style, outdoor entertainment center where you'll find all the shopping, dining and other activities you will want. There is live entertainment at the Alabama Theater, The House of Blues and free entertainment in front of LULU’s restaurant. Great restaurants in Barefoot Landing - including fine dining at Greg Norman's Australian Grille, Taco Mundo, Landshark, Wild Wings, Dick’s Last Resort, The Crooked Hammock, Taco Mondo and Lulu's to name a few. There is also a lot for the kids to do with sweet treats, candy store, Ice cream, games, carnival rides, entertainment, shopping and fish ponds. You might even see a live alligator!!!!

Don't miss the weekly Monday night fireworks during the summer vacation months. You can see the fireworks from the Large North Tower Pool Parking lot near The Marina Bar and Grille. Don’t forget to check out The Duplin winery opened near the Barefoot Landing entrance.
