The great room has a large, extra deep sectional sofa with a chaise positioned in front of a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. Netflix is available on this TV, as well as on each flat screen TV in every bedroom.. The custom table in the dining room area seats 10 comfortably. The armoire is stocked with beach towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, pool noodles and a few books & board games for your use.
The corner master bedroom affords soothing ocean views to the West & city lights views to the South. Enjoy the warm breeze, & sounds of the surf, as you curl up with a book on the chair & ottoman where the floor to ceiling sliding doors open onto the wraparound balcony to expose the corner of the room. A 44 inch flat screen smart TV (also with netflix), well appointed bathroom with hair dryer, conveniently located in-closet safe & huge walk in closet add to the luxury of this room.
The fully stocked cook's kitchen has all the amenities, including purified water fridge water line.
The second bedroom is situated on the Southeast corner of the building, giving it a beautiful city lights southern exposure & a wraparound balcony. It has a king bed, a dedicated bathroom & a 42 inch flat screen (with Netflix).
The third bedroom has 2 queen beds, a 32 inch flat screen TV (with Netflix) its own dedicated bathroom & lush mountain views, as well as adjacent La Isla mall views, with its own balcony.
A significantly smaller, private fourth bedroom with bunk beds has its own dedicated full bathroom for younger guests. It is not a luxury bedroom, please see the pics/video.
The complex has an air conditioned game room with pool table, card table & flat screen TV. An air conditioned fitness center, business center & 12 person theater room are also available for your use.
Every bedroom, as well as the Great Room, has vaulted tray ceilings with custom lighting, & lighted remote control fans.
On site property management will meet you upon arrival to orient you. They can arrange prompt & courteous maid service. All in one (copier/scanner/printer) and paper supplied as well as beach towels, games, and books that prior guests have kindly left.
Our unit shares the elevator with only one other unit on our floor, it's semi-private! A ''key code lock'' is provided, instead of an actual key, to open the front door. No more heading back down the elevator to get the key from your family member who is down at the pool or beach.
