**We offer a golf cart available for guest use. Please reach out to us directly for details, availability, and any applicable terms.**

We are pet friendly and charge $25 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal. Please note the pet rules below:

Pet Rules
- Pets are not allowed on furniture, beds, or in bedrooms.
- Pets must not be left alone in the home unless securely crated.
- Guests must clean up after their pets and remove any excessive pet hair to the best of their ability before check-out.
- Please ensure pets’ paws are clean before entering the house
- Do not use household towels, linens, bedding, or other property-provided items for pets
- Excessive barking or noise that disturbs neighbors is not permitted.
 
(Note that any pet-related damage, including chewing, scratching, stains, or extra cleaning, will result in an additional charge.)

Events/parties are strictly prohibited and will result in a $1,000 fine. A party/event is in effect any time the guest count exceeds either the maximum allowable on the property of the amount of guests booked.

A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ and an HDTV antenna is available but there is NO CABLE.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (I often can't, so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $25
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $50
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $100 or the cost of an additional night's stay, whichever is more.

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guests' arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

Rules
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
- Do not open the windows due to extra security measures we have installed.
- Do not overload the washer/dryer, and do not wash any sandy beach items in the units. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
- Pick up and place all trash in outside garbage can before departure.
- Please wash all dishes and unload dishwasher prior to departure.

**IMPORTANT**Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. You’re welcome to smoke OUTSIDE in designated outdoor areas, as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not left on the ground or anywhere on the property. If we find cigarette butts or any evidence of smoking (such as ash on surfaces, empty packs, etc.) left behind, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be applied on top of the standard cleaning fee.

NOTE: The outdoor pool is cleaned and maintained regularly. However, because it's outdoors and surrounded by trees and landscaping, wind, grass, leaves, and other natural debris may occasionally enter the pool between cleanings. While we do our best to keep it clean, it may not always be completely free of debris.
