Located just up the road from neighboring 'Vista Vine Cottage', this vacation rental also under our management offers easy walking access (about 5 minutes walking), perfect for coordinating plans with family and friends.
The Cottage is ideally situated on the Pleasant Valley Wine Trail, with renowned wineries such as Villa San-Julliette and Graveyard Vineyards nearby. Explore the local flavors at Cinquain Cellars and Bon Niche Cellars, both just a short distance away, and indulge in olive oil tasting at Terrace Hill.
Inside, the fully furnished 1685-square-foot rental boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space for a small family, couples, a girls' weekend out, or perhaps a small bridal party. The home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests with three king beds and two cozy twin-size rollaway beds. Beautifully updated furnishings, bedding, and decor create a welcoming and stylish atmosphere for any guest.
Entertainment options abound with a 75" TV in the living room equipped for streaming apps, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The home also offers weekly or monthly accommodations, making it an ideal choice for longer stays. Private garage and ample driveway parking included.

Absolutely spotless in the house with comfy king beds. We were mostly impressed with the friendliness and responsiveness of the mgmt. had a defective coffee maker and they quickly delivered a new one, plus firewood and fire pit. I feel the price was a good value.

The location is remote and peaceful, surrounded by nature ā€” we spotted deer and rabbits right outside the windows, which made the experience feel truly special.The house itself is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. We especially loved the abundance of greenery and plants around the home ā€” it felt like a little oasis in the hills.If youā€™re looking for a quiet, scenic getaway with charm and comfort, this place is perfect. The best places to go stargazing

Dana from Property management is great. I appreciate her help. The house is very clean and newly renovated. We had a good time staying there. Itā€™s quiet. Since itā€™s a bit away from the town, itā€™s the best experience for us to just relax and enjoy the stargazing at night. Absolutely wonderful

Perfect Getaway in Paso

Passing the winding mountains alongside popular wineries in Paso Robles is this secluded home. Everything was new, clean and as listed. The beautiful stars at night, complimented by a starry sky and the quiet hill side is all you want on your next vacation.

Great House!

The property is located away from main part of town- which we knew & enjoyed- but do know itā€™s about 17 min drive from 46. Beds very comfortable- so cool each room had a king! The sofa - big & comfortable too- great for watching tv in evening. Kitchen well equipped & made dinner there all 3 nights. Spacious feel & very clean. I agree with other reviewers- Iā€™d try to go first night before completely dark. Would rent again!

Will definitely consider going back

The place was really nice and from the looks of it new. The pictures definitely show what the place really like: clean, modern, functional, and fully featured. It was a very comfortable place to spend a few days with friends and family and the perfect place to be inside while a rain storm was raging outside. We definitely would love to go back there during the Summer and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home overall is absolutely beautiful! My friends and I couldnā€™t get enough of the comfortable bedding. Toiletries cooking utensils and other supplies were all included. I had a problem with the blender so I reached out to management and they sent someone to fix it for me. Management was ALWAYS very kind and helpful. I appreciate that thank you so much! The cons, which arenā€™t exactly cons for everyone, are the location and the a/c. Central CA gets pretty cold at night but I still like to have full control over the a/c. Unfortunately in this unit they ask that you donā€™t turn it lower than 72. It was still a comfortable temperature for the average person but for me that was a major problem. I expressed my frustration with this and the management quickly adjusted (they were always so nice). The location is actually VERY beautiful but it is in the middle of pretty much nowhere. All stores are about 20-24 min away. Please donā€™t drive there for the first time at night, because you will get lost. If youā€™re looking for something completely out of the way and away from ppl then this is the place to go. Because of the location, talking on the phone and using the internet was a bit spotty. The connection was always going in and out. However, this is a great place to unplug and truly be one with nature. In conclusion, I would absolutely stay here again, I just need to be personally prepared for the location and reception issues. Other than that, 5 stars 😊!

Great place to get away from it all!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three friends and I rented this property for two nights. Everything inside and out was clean and ready to enjoy. We brought our own firewood, so the outdoor fire pit was a great touch. Bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great and made it easy for us to cook a meal.The house is a little off the beaten path. Fortunately, three of us arrived during the daytime hours, so we were able to find the property. When Google Maps says, "The destination is on your left," you will plummet down a hill if you turn left at that point. You have to keep driving (which we were able to easily see) about another 200 yards to get to the drive that leads to the property.Our fourth friend arrived late at night. There are solar lights that light the drive to the house, but again if you are arriving at night the narrow drive can be slightly terrifying. He had to call us at 1:00 a.m. to make sure he was at the right place. With the rural community and the Trump signs in the neighborhood, it does make you slightly afraid that accidentally pulling onto the wrong property might get you shot.Once you find your way the first time, however, the drive is fine. Coming from the suburbs, we've never seen so many stars at night! We felt very much at home during our stay.
