Beach vacations are a time to be grateful. Grateful for beautiful coastal landscapes, warm weather, beachy breezes, and of course, a charming beach cottage. Graytfully B is one of these perfect beach homes located in the heart of Grayton Beach on 30A. A guest house on the property adds to the quaint vibe. This newly renovated vacation home features modern appointments, luxury living spaces, and a brand new private pool! With six bedrooms, it can entertain up to twelve beach-going guests.

Upon arrival, you will be immediately wooed by the property’s cute exterior and beachy vibe. A wooden fence flanks an entry path, while tropical flora lines the front of the home. Three steps lead to a lovely porch with two chairs, while an accessible ramp is provided on the side of the home. When entering through the navy-blue front door, a cozy living room invites you to come in and stay awhile. The living room includes a white couch with blue accent pillows, four armchairs, a wooden cocktail table, a blue entertainment center, and a wall-mounted TV. Vinyl floors flow into the sunny dining area, with a hardwood table and seating for eight. The chic kitchen is perfect for the self-proclaimed chef in the group, as it is extra spacious and boasts ample counter space. It also has stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with three cushioned stools.

The accessible primary suite on the first floor has a king-size bed, a window with views of the backyard, and an ensuite bath with an oversized walk-in shower. The other bedroom on the first level has a queen-size bed with multiple windows that let in lots of natural sunlight. On the second floor, you will find another king-size suite with a flatscreen TV and an ensuite bath. This level also has a cottage-style guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, several windows, a seating area, and access to a full hall bath. In the third-floor bedroom, a wooden A-frame gives off a beach-meets-mountain cabin feel. This loft bedroom has two twin-size beds and access to a furnished rooftop sundeck.

Additional accommodations are located in the guest house. There is a living room with a plush couch and lounge chair. A café-style table for two sits beside a window. The kitchenette with a full refrigerator, oven, stove, and microwave ensures vacationers can enjoy their own private sanctuary if so desired. The bedroom includes a cozy queen-size bed.

This property is tucked away in paradise, bordering the edge of Western Lake and less than a five-minute walk from the sugary shore. But why walk when you can take the six complimentary bicycles?! Besides the water, guests will love exploring the artsy village of Grayton Beach, whose unofficial motto is “Nice Dogs, Strange People.” Popular town restaurants include Chiringo’s and The Red Bar. In the village, you can shop for unique vacation finds at the Zoo Gallery and Tribe Kelley Surf Post. A little further north, the Shops at Grayton offer a fun collection of shops, art galleries, and restaurants. And after you’ve explored Grayton, be sure to check out the nearby 30A villages, like Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and others.
