Welcome to Gulf Village in Gulf Shores, Alabama! This family-friendly complex offers a low-density atmosphere on the west side of town, providing a perfect place for relaxation just outside the busier parts of Gulf Shores. While it offers a tranquil atmosphere, it's just a short drive from all the fun and attractions our small town has to offer, including The Hangout, Waterville, The Track, and more.

Inside the unit, you'll be greeted by a breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico and the renowned white sandy beaches. This two-bedroom unit comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The guest bedroom features bunk beds and a single bed, while the master bedroom offers a queen bed, a balcony entrance, and a private en suite bathroom. For additional guests, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and a washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. Free WIFI is available, ensuring you stay connected while enjoying your beachfront getaway.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the office. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes for up to 2 cars, with no third vehicle pass available.
There is no "assigned" parking at Gulf Village. Any owner or renter may park in any parking space regardless of the building they are staying in, including the cottages. All parking spaces are considered common areas.
Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.
Policies:
Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent.
Photo ID is required at check-in.
Smoking is not allowed in the complex.
Pets are not permitted.

Disappointed thought the apartment faced the beach but the side view was ok. But bunk beds need new mattresses but my grandson made it work him.The apartment had all the necessities.

Great for beach vacay!

We enjoyed a trip to Gulf Shores staying at this property. It was perfect for us with a beach view balcony and quick walk to a white sandy beach. We had one day with crystal clear waters and a couple of windier days with bigger waves. The beds and linens were comfortable, and the minor maintenance issues we had were addressed promptly.

Last minute get away

One of the older condos in the area, so not as updated as some might like, but that made it fit my budget. It was clean, comfortable and on the beach, and that is what we went for.

Great loaction to everything!

It was in a great location to everything and the beach wasn't supper crowed in that area.The outdoor shower needed fixed, the elevator was steamy hot, and our condo wasn't as clean as it could have been when we arrived. The carts were amazing to have!

Gulf Village

The overall stay and access was great. Being next to the beach and having pool access was a plus. However, there is a need for some maintenance in our condo. It didnā€™t have proper cleaning materials, like a dust pan for example. The outside patio door was broken and would lock you out if shut completely. I noticed several pieces of things that were broken and just laying there. I feel the price I paid it should have been a little cleaner. Our family also had problems with the elevator. It smelt like it was burning rubber and scared the children.

Great place!

Great place to stay right on the beach! This was a great place for my family to stay while visiting Gulf Shores for our daughters national softball tournament. The kitchen and amenities in it was nice to be able to cook meals in the condo! We also really loved the easy access to the beach and pools!

Great Views of the Gulf from the Balcony!

Although this property could use a few updates, (it is an older complex) it was clean and the on the beach location was awesome. I liked how the balcony was angled so that even thought we were directly facing the gulf, our view was not obstructed and we enjoyed our time and the views. It was quiet and in a nice location and we thought the beds were very comfortable. The management company was very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We have already booked our return stay for 2025.

Review of Condo

A few opportunities: Poole Management via email has told me the day before that we could check in at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and they stated it is their policy to not check in before 230- I had planned arrival with cold groceries etc. The sliding door in living room-pull out bed faces the east- sunrise- only window coverings are shear- 4th floor- elevated was down called Poole Mng and they stated "not a maintaince issue:.Parking- only allowed 2 passes- we had 3 vehicles- Poole Mng stated "we can't assist you, you can look up public parking". I asked if they could give me suggestions they stated "no we can't help". The condo was clean and nice. Our big issues were with Poole Management- will not rent anything that they assist with in the future.

Perfect Girls Trip

We were thrilled with our stay! The condo comfortably slept four adults and three kids from 10-13. All of our rooms and bathrooms were very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Once on the ground floor, we had maybe 15 steps from the elevator to the water, perfect! I would recommend this place over and over again!

Gulf Shores Vacation 2022

The condo and grounds were very nice. We loved the ocean view. We saw dolphins and sharks from our balcony. We got in the hot tub, inside pool, and played pool as a family. My son enjoyed fishing in different locations almost daily. Gulf shores is our favorite place to vacation.
