Outstanding condo in every respect! It was immaculate and equipped with anything you could conceivably need. The views have to be the best on the island and the owner, Holly was helpful and available for any questions we had. She definitely deserves the 5 star reviews and accolades she consistently receives. Our highest praise and recommendation!

This was an excellent place to stay here in Hawaii. The condo had everything you need and is right on the ocean. Communication with Holly was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This is not your typical condo for rent. Everything about it is well-appointed, simply perfect: the location; the balcony; the size; and everything you will ever need is supplied, like beach stuff. No expense was spared in preparing this unit for guests, and Holly stays on top of the business and communications.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had all the amenities we could ask for, making it feel like a true home away from home. The highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the lanai, absolutely perfect for starting each morning with a cup of coffee while gazing out at the ocean. It was the ideal spot to relax, unwind, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Practically perfect in every way

Perfect for 2!

Location was fantastic! In between a couple of beaches and close to marketplace. Loved time on the deck, watching surfers and listening to the crashing waves. Fun tidepool in front to explore and had a turtle visit frequently. There were a couple of sketchy characters hanging out, but they didn’t seem to bother anyone. The only real complaint I had was not enough closet space. Plenty of drawers, but no closet other than in the bathroom. Bathroom is also very small, not a lot of room for my numerous toiletries. Has chairs, umbrella, boogie board for use. Lots of towels, and fully stocked kitchen. Pool is cold and not a ton of chairs. Having Da Poké Shack in the building was a great plus! Everything was as described in the listing and Holly was quick to respond when I had a question about the dishwasher. Overall great stay!

Family Christmas trip

Beautiful island stay. Fourth time we stayed in the one bed unit. First time in the two bed. Very clean and neat. Furniture on balcony was very comfortable

Kona Oceanfront Condo

Condo was great, in a central location with easy access out to get around the island. Modern updates created a warm place to chill when not running around doing activities. And view from the lenai was incredible. Holly was very good at communicating with us on all issues.

Best part of the trip

It says a lot when ypu ask your wifr after 9 nights in Hawaii, What was your favorite two things. Condo and Manta Ray snorkeling. I thought about it and realized that lanai was used every morning for coffee, every evening for cocktails and every meal too. Absorb loved the place.

Beautiful condo and location

Everything about this condo was superb! It was super clean and had every amenity needed to make our stay comfortable. Holly was responsive and allowed us to check in a few hours earlier, due to how early we arrived to the island. We had a fantastic time and were sad to leave.

Lovely big island home-base.

Well maintained and well appointed property. As described and more -we are so glad we chose this property for our stay. (Long search and great find) Awesome views with amazing sunsets. Kind and helpful property manager. Highly recommend and hope to return.

It was everything as advertised, Very well stocked with everything you needed. Just when I thought I wished they had something I found it! Great location to everything and what a view. Can’t get enough of those sunsets. We will be back, hope this great review doesn’t screw it up for us.

Great ocean front location

This condo has beautiful ocean front view, and the best surfing spot of Big Island is right next to it. The best poke shop (Da poke shack) is located within the condo complex. There is a beautiful historical church (Livingstone) next door, where you can join their worship services on Sundays in open air, with sea breeze and sometimes dolphin sighting. There is a farmer stand between the condo complex and the church on weekends, which brings fresh produce shopping to walking distance. This a wonderful place to stay on Big Island:)

Absolutely Perfect!

What a great place to stay! We opened the door and everything was exactly as it was in the pictures and so much more. The quality of the appliances (quiet!) and all of the cookware and dishes and even the fixtures could not be conveyed in the photos, and the view of the tide pools and sounds of the ocean can not be described with justice. And we saw a sea turtle in the tide pool our very first morning! It is just outside the main tourist area so is so quiet at night, except for the waves! Would definitely stay here if we ever return to The Big Island!

Amazing Lanai...

This property was amazing. I can't stress enough how much we enjoyed our time here, much of it spent on the Lanai checking out the sunsets. Holly took great care to make sure this condo was prepped with everything you might need. We appreciated the locally sourced snacks, coffee, champagne bottle for our anniversary (although we didn't partake, we appreciated the gesture). If not for the A/C and the oscillating fan, this would have been a very different experience. It gets hot and stale on the afternoons with no wind, so having as much air moving as possible was helpful. Holly was kind enough to let us check out later on our final day, and given we didn't fly out until later in the evening, it was really nice to be able to take a shower before travelling back home, thank you for that. Only thing that could improve was comms. We exchanged cell phone numbers with Holly, but when we texted her about whether the ceiling fan on the Lanai worked and where the remote was, we got no reply. She was very communicative through the app, but I wasn't paying attention to that since we were on holiday, and we missed a message about pest control entering the unit during one of our days. We were out and about on adventures so it didn't matter, but we didn't get the message until after the fact. Really a minor thing. Would DEFINITELY stay here again. Amazing views, quiet location, still close enough to restaurants and shops if you have your own vehicle.

Kona Bali Kai

Very nice unit on 4th floor. Balcony/lanai was large and provided great view of ocean sunsets while having dinner. Note: this is a studio unit and not very large, but it has been remodeled very tastefully and worked out just fine for us.
