Our stay was excellent. The ocean view was amazing!The pool area was great. The accommodation was clean and well stocked for what we needed. They had everything you need for a beach visit, however two of the four chairs are broken and need to be replaced.We would definitely stay here again.

Banyon Tree 301 A Perfect Place to Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My 3 priorities for a vacation rental are safety/security, cleanliness, and amenities. This beautiful condo certainly fulfilled all of our priorities. Most importantly, any question I had, were answered promptly. What a lovely place to just relax and watch the surfers as well as a great location for a home base.

Wonderful location, great for family.

This place is exactly as listed. Clean and spacious, beautiful location, just a few minute drive from shops and restaurants. Balcony and main bedroom windows overlook the ocean. Great spot to watch the sunset. Small beach right next to it. Management was easy to work with and allowed us to extend our stay an extra day.

Fall asleep to ocean waves

The property itself is a bit old but the unit has been upgraded. BBQed every night down by the pool.

The best BnB stay ever! This condo immediately feels like a home and not a short-term rental. Kudos to the owners for beautiful decoration and attention to detail. Seems like everything we may need was taken care of in a very spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. The view is fantastic - you get to watch surfers but it's also private. 2 full size bathrooms, many closets, laundry, full kitchen with all necessities, beach chairs and umbrella, some snorkeling, coolers and beach toys. Location was perfect but you need a car. 10-15 min driving to all the stores, restaurants, and beaches and an amazing farm&flower market walking distance. Not sure if they work year-round, but it's the best place to get delish fresh fruits. We stayed for 5 nights and were sad to leave. The condo is decorated with the HI-themed art and high-quality teak furniture, all by local artists and artisans. We loved the decorations so much that we went to the gallery in Kona and bought many pieces for our home. Overall, it was the best place we stayed in and I would highly recommend it. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home and to the management company for being very responsive, easy to communicate with, and attentive to customers.

Stunning view!

This condo is amazing! The ocean view from the balcony is perfect. Surfers every morning and evening and one morning we saw a bunch of whales breaching. Really nice kitchen, updated bathrooms and very comfortable beds. Everything you need for a relaxing stay is provided. Individual AC units and ceiling fans in each room make it easy for everyone to be comfortable. Great location a short drive from shops and restaurants, but far enough away so it's quiet. Convenient parking and elevator.

This condo was perfect for my family of 3. It's comfortable, clean, plenty of space, and the view is magnificent! We could hear the waves all the time, no white noise machine needed! The management company stayed in contact with us throughout our time there. Any questions we had, they were quick to respond. The condo is well appointed with everything we needed for a beach vacation (chairs, umbrella, cooler, snorkel gear). We made use of the full kitchen and W/D. Wi-fi worked well. A great rental on the ocean. Fall asleep to the sound of waves. The rental is exactly as described, a clean two bedroom, two bath condo unit on the third floor (elevator or stairs) looking directly out on the ocean with a clean modern kitchen, washer and dryer. The unit was very clean on arrival and easy to get into. It is about 1.5 miles south of the main Alii tourism strip so it is quiet at night. There is a pool and hot tub that we did not use. Two propane grills are available and frequently used. Next door is banyan tree surf break so you can watch surfers with your morning coffee. Sunsets from your lani sometimes with dolphins in the surf.
