This clean and modern cottage has an open floor plan that includes comfortable seating in front of a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV with streaming cable.  There is also a dining table that seats 6 people.  Guests will love the fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook amazing meals.  The master bedroom has a California King size bed and an attached bathroom that has both a bathtub and a separate shower.  There is an additional area in the master bedroom that includes a desk.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen size and twin size bed.  There is a sliding glass door from this bedroom out to the back patio.

The beautifully landscaped backyard makes this area the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor dining table and the seating area with the firepit.  Other amenities include the hot springs hot tub, a full gas hook up to BBQ, and an outdoor heater.  Enjoy endless relaxation here. The outdoor shower is the ideal option for washing off after a beach swim.

This highly coveted and rarely available location on 14th Avenue w/ great access to shopping, and restaurants and is just 45 min to the Bay Area.  Starbucks is a short walk away while beautiful Sunny Cove Beach is only a 10-minute stroll. Experience the Santa Cruz Boardwalk within a 5-minute drive.  The local Farmer's market is just across the street on Sundays!
