The charm and comfort in this vacation property is all you hope for when you’re in the mood for a beach getaway! It’s classy, not stuffy, has a beautiful view of beach front, and comfy beds. My wife and I, and two adult children enjoyed all amenities and appreciated the tasteful and comfortable decor. We had extra pillows, blankets to suit all of us, tv’s and air conditioner worked great. Kept the temps low 70’s and was perfect for late Aug. elevator to third floor was a bonus! Loved the small kitchen and utilized the handy laundry. A little challenging to find the building, Bear in mind when driving through the gate keep to the left and go until you have to turn right, after turn the building is on your left, right on beach front. I would recommend this place, definitely not the cheapest but it’s well worth every penny! I enclosed exterior pic to assist in locating building.

We traveled for family vacation-6 adults with mom who is not in great health. We choose the property because of the amazing view, mom could enjoy being at the beach without having to walk down to it. The property is on the 3rd floor and the elevator was essential. We cooked meals, kitchen had everything we needed: we were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen appliances/equipment. The beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows. The furniture and decor were tasteful. We did have some issues with TVs and internet but we were able to get them fixed. Loved the area of Sea Pines.

great ocean view for 4 couples

We had 4 couples staying for a 5 night vacation. one couple volunteered for the room with full-size bunk, but the other 3 had king beds and bathroom. very comfortable. we loved the porch with comfy chairs as well as table. loved the 3 table areas. the ladies used 1 table for puzzles and the guys hung out in kitchen table. good separation of space for diff activities. sofas, chairs were good. lighting was great --- only suggestion is they would be better with dimmer for LED lights. we all liked puzzles and reading so that was important for us. kitchen was well stocked with dishware, silverware and plastic & glass glasses. very nice.

Perfect vacation spot

We had an amazing time. The condo decor is beautiful. TV are is cozy and inviting. Bedrooms are large and private. The balcony is like having a whole other living space with all the sitting options. Large kitchen makes cooking and visiting easy. We will definitely be back!

Location is great!

Location is really great - direct beach access and a swimming pool on the property. The unit has 4 bedrooms - two of which are down a hall with a door that can be closed off to create a separate area (think parents with crying babies, etc.). The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook nice meals. The unit is a bit dated which is fine but the lighting is very dim (all lamps - very little overhead lighting) and the light switches are confusing which is a minor quibble. All in all I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice views, some improvements possible

The home was in an ideal location. We loved how close it was to the beach and all the amenities. We were able to ride bikes all around and go on some great walks/runs. The condo was clean and well stocked. The layout of the condo was not the best. The best views were in the kitchen, which was small and closed off from the rest of the house. In addition, there was only one key fob to get in/out of the condo building. This proved very challenging for a family with 2 adults and 5 children. We obviously went separate ways numerous times, but there was no way to get in the building without the fob or someone in the condo. There should be a code to get in the condo building like there is to get in the actual condo. In addition, I specifically asked if the pool was heated and was told it was heated. It was a primary reason we chose to rent this condo. The pool was definitely not heated and it was dirty, so it really wasn't an option to use it. We were told by someone local that the pool has never been heated, so I'm not sure why we were given false information. Overall, the vacation was wonderful. I would recommend this location due to the proxmity to the beach, the restaurants, and the community.

There is no community complex pool in Sea Pines that is heated. There might have been confusion in our giving you information about available properties and those that have heated pools (outside of Sea Pines), but in now way did we every intend to mislead you. We are very sorry that you felt this way, but we are all very seasoned property managers and we know our properties. All complex pools are cleaned every day as DHEC requires, but with all of the pollen and falling leaves shortly after the pools are cleaned in the Spring they often appear as though they have not been cleaned. We are so glad that otherwise you had great weather and a fun vacation and we hope that you'll come back to stay with us again. Beth Henzler The Vacation Company
