Absolutely perfect for a girls weekend

We had the most amazing time! House was lovely and located walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The property team was very responsive with my questions in advance of our stay and the everything was easy while we were there! Only thing I wish was called out in the listing is that linens arenā€™t provided, which wasnā€™t an issue for us, just would have been nice to know when booking.

I stayed there for my sisters bachelorette and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was amazing. It was clean and very spacious. The rental property group was great at communicating with us. The location was also very perfect. Had a great time and would love to go back!

Wonderful Rental

The house accommodated us perfectly (6 couples). Wonderful house and location. Great renovated space inside including the huge open ground floor plan. Perfect for large gatherings.

We loved the house. The kitchen was well equipped and the open first floor plan was great for socializing. The pool was a complete hit for our young grandchildren. We were in walking distance to the beach, Washington mall, grocery store etc.

Perfect weekend

We stayed for the weekend with a large group of girls. There was plenty of room for everyone and the biggest plus was having so many bathrooms in each of the bedrooms. The house was gorgeous and prime location for going out around town.

Easy Weekend Down the Shore

Myself and 11 other friends stayed at this property. The en-suite bathrooms were extremely confidently. The property was clean and conveniently located to the beach and shopping district. We would rent again.

Perfect Location in Cape May with Lots of Space for multiple families!

We very much enjoyed our stay at 10 North. The set up of the house is perfect for multiple families to share as 4 of the main bedrooms had ensuites. Large first floor living space was immaculate and updated beautifually. Close to Washington Shopping Mall, Congress Hall, Beach and more. We hope to stay again.

Great Cape May Home

Perfect size and layout for a bachelorette or large group! Tons of bathrooms and plenty of space. Had some difficulty with some of the appliances in the kitchen but overall would stay here again. You really canā€™t beat the location in Cape May. Thank you!

Barbie Dream House

We rented this property for my sisterā€™s bachelorette and couldnā€™t have had a better experience if we tried. The house was immaculate and you could tell it was recently renovated. The heated pool was the perfect touch as well, not to mention the beautiful kitchen and great room. Would definitely rent this house again!

Perfect location for a girls weekend

I cannot wait to come back! This house was in walking distance to everything! The house was beautiful and had absolutely everything you could need. Lots of bathrooms made for great comfort for all guests. The kitchen was huge and the open floor plan downstairs was great for hanging out! The hosts got back to me very quickly with all questions making for a very easy process.

The pink house is great. At 10 north!

All good. House is beautifully reatored/remodeled. Pool was small but adequate. Kitchen gas range is a challenge to use because of the ergonomics but it worked fine. Beds and bedrooms were large enough. Baths were clean. Pool table/ping pong was a bonus we didnt know about.

Charming home needs attention

Charming well equipped house in neighborhood close to beach, shopping, and good restaurants. House provided ample room for eight adults, a toddler and infant but could have used some more love. Window blinds were damaged in the bedrooms, there was a hole in the wall in one bedroom as well. The floors were not properly cleaned; when we went to bed the first night, we all had black feet! The couch in the living room could have used a good cleaning as well. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed before the next renters arrive.

This house is amazing!

We had a fantastic Bachelorette weekend here! Our trip was in early October, but the property keeps the pool heated so we were able to swim even though it was chilly out! The house is spotless and modern, and each bedroom is really comfortable so the whole group had a very pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend staying here! Just a quick FYI that this rental is handled through a rental company outside of VRBO, which requires you to sign a lease and put down a hefty deposit. (I received the full deposit as a check back in the mail 3 weeks after our stay.) Also, you are required to bring your own linens, towels, soap/shampoo/conditioner and paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, so make sure you bring some! But all of that was definitely worth it for the amazing house :)

Generally enjoyed our stay at this property. The new renovations were nice as was the location. A few concerns: There were no dressers in any of the bedrooms, with the exception of the master so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. None of the windows had any shades light reducing shades (First light in the bedrooms in the morning while on vacation was not ideal). The pool had not been cleaned upon arrival and was not cleaned during our week long stay and the outdoor patio/yard furniture cushions were dirty and moldy. Also a couple of the appliances (stove, toaster) only partially worked. With a few minor tweaks this could be a 5 start property.
