The property has all the amenities for a great vacation. Beautiful, quiet location with views of the water. Deer, herons and geese are ever present.

Nice home with good kayaking. Host was very good at responding to questions. Nice neighborhood. Pool table was a nice addition. Plenty of TVs with streaming services provided. Great local breweries i.e. The Print Shop, Untamed Waters had really good food. A few things you'll need to bring: Spices, coffee pods (I brought my coffee press), shampoo, laundry & dish washer soap. A lot of the outdoor furniture needs repair. Pool may have a leak.

The perfect getaway spot.

This property goes above and beyond. We had an amazing relaxing week. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need. We had a slight issue with the entry code but David was really quick to respond.Highly recommended.

Well, this house has potential

First, upon arriving, there was a large 4 wheel drive truck blocking the only walkway to the front door, which was the only door we could use according to the host. My ninety yr old father with a cane, had to maneuver around this. Every morning we woke up to the alarm going off. Why couldn't the host program his alarm different when you're staying there. We couldn't even enjoy our coffee on the back porch. Which brings me to the furniture, inside and out. Every piece of furniture outside needs to be replaced or reupholstered. It is all dry-rotted and an accident waiting to happen. The kitchen table and chairs, both upstairs and down need attention. All had missing or broken legs. Once again, accident waiting to happen. Outside around pool needs alot of attention as well. Also house is listed as a 6 bdr, we only had access to 3 bdr. Others were locked off. Don't list it as a 6 bdr if you can't use all bedrooms. Needs some TLC and money put back into the house.

Great Staycation.

This property has it all. Once you arrive no need to leave. The pool, hot tub, kayaks, pool table and other amenities help create a fun and relaxing environment. The beds are comfortable and the home has plenty of spaces to hang out, play cards or just watch TV. Highly recommend.

Great house

The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. The salt water pool was perfect! We rented a pontoon for the day at Tega Cay which was so nice! It’s a beautiful lake to cruise around on and anchor down and swim! Super quiet and peaceful.

BMX World Championships

We were 4 parents and 4 BMX racers aged 11 to 16 that came to Rock Hill for the UCI BMX World Championships. We had lots of down time between practice days and race days so this place was perfect for our group to relax and hang out. The crew especially enjoyed the pool table and playing around in the lake.

Great Landing Spot

This was the perfect place for our family to gather and relax together The hot tub was the perfect touch as some evenings were cool. Great beds and comfortable atmosphere for us to enjoy time with our grown children and grandchild.

Spring Break @ the Lake

Fantastic place on the south end of Lake Wylie. Quietly tucked into its own corner of the lake, this property had everything we wanted outside from the pool/hot tub to the boat dock with kayaks, and everything we needed inside including a ping pong/pool table, and a covered deck for our rain day. This house is also less than a 10 minute drive from plenty of restaurants and shops in the Rock Hill SC area. Great House - Great Location - Great Vacation

EXCELLENT FAMILY GETAWAY

This property is beautiful. We used the kayak's everyday to enjoy this lake front property. Our rental was over Thanksgiving and the large kitchen was great for cooking big family meals!

Amazing stay

Iv been to many vacation rentals however this home was amazing! Had everything we needed, from life jackets for my kids to play safely in the pool to clean towels and great tasting coffee! We didn’t have to leave because everything was in the house. The host was accommodating and pleasant and I will definitely be back with my family! The views from the house were breathtaking also! Thank you for the great stay.

Gorgeous Retreat

Beautiful, serene escape! My husband and I, along with our adult children and their spouses (and our dogs!), thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous property. We used every amenity available. Kayaking on the lake, especially since the property is at the end of a cove, was so peaceful. The pool was a welcome retreat from the hot summer sun. We made s'mores at the fire pit, played pool during the thunderstorms, cooked out on the grill, chilled on the deck and watched the hummingbirds, and relaxed in the hot tub. The house itself was very clean and included all that we needed from coffee to beach towels and most everything in between. We had one minor issue when we first arrived and David was attentive and very friendly and fixed the issue right away. Our only problem was that the property description said there were 3 sofa beds/futons and because of the amount of people we had we were relying on using one. However, they were just regular couches, although very comfortable, but we made do. There are a lot of steps and hills with this property, which is evident from the pictures, but bear this in mind if you have elderly people traveling with you. All in all, this property is a winner! We made wonderful memories here. Thank you!

Lake vacation

The property and the amenities were great. There were a few things that need to be repaired with the property before someone gets hurt. There is a railing leading down to the outside deck pool area. That is not attached to the post. There is a corner brick paver stone that is not attached to the step down from the jacuzzi area to the pool deck. The kitchen sink had a major leak and a plumber had to come repair it, but was not sure if it was completely permanently fixed.

Everything about this home was as advertised.. The place was Clean and Spacious. It had plenty of ammenities. We loved everything about the house. One of the top VrBo listings that we have visited.. Nothing but good things to say about this place.

Beautiful location

We stayed at this location over Christmas 2022. The place is absolutely beautiful! We traveled during the winter freeze and all the travel delays. We ran into a few issues with the pipes freezing, the door freezing shut but it was all simply a fluke. I give the owner 5 stars for taking all the issues we had very seriously and doing everything they could to make everything right for us. They have a neighbor who went above and beyond what any neighbor should to help with the rental. She is a true angel. I wish it was warmer out so we could have enjoyed the outside property more but it was the coldest it has been is a very long time. I hope to maybe rent it again in the summer to really enjoy it. Great place, great owner and neighbor. Highly recommend.

Lake retreat with lots of amenities

We had a great time at this house. There are lots of amenities but we especially loved the hot tub. The hosts were very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would highly recommend the home to anyone wanting to get away but still be close to town.
