Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

This amazing island getaway is nestled among the pines beside a lagoon on 1.9 acres in the heart of Sea Pines.

This beach home offers beautiful high-end finishes in the huge eat-in kitchen and throughout, including the spacious dining room, living room, and first-floor master suite. The media room, bedrooms, and bathrooms are luxurious and comfortable. Expansive views of the pool area and lagoon will amaze you as you look through the floor-to-ceiling windows and six sets of French doors.

Bedroom 1 is located on the first floor and is a primary king suite with an ensuite bathroom featuring a large tub and walk-in shower. Two bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bedroom 2 has two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a 1 queen, 2 day beds and a trundle.. On the ground level, next to the third living space, sits a bonus room with two queen beds.

The open, bright, and low-country vibe of this very private home makes it a perfect beach retreat. Although it is tucked away, it is only 1 mile to Harbor Town and 1 mile to the beach, with bike trails everywhere and the equestrian center right around the corner! For luxury and comfort, this beach house can truly make your vacation dreams a reality.

Key Features
• Proximity to the beach: 10 minute bike ride
• The pool can be heated for an additional charge, give us a call for heating rates and to make arrangements. Pool heat must be scheduled at 14 days prior to arrival. Additional fees apply for last minute requests prior to arrival or after arriving at the property. If the weather drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not be capable of being heated and or reaching optimal temperature.

Island Time sent someone out who flipped a bar and said there you go - still did not work. Had to buy a bag of ice and several jugs of water insteadUpstairs shower drain partially clogged which caused one to stand in inches of water while showeringUglyThe windows were covered in dirt and green algae. The property manager came out and said it was not due for a power wash until November. We asked for supplies to clean them ourselves. They said they could not do that. I went to Home Depot and spent 55 on a window cleaning set and did them myself before our kids arrived as it was just too embarrassing and disgusting to live with for a week.The carpet should have been replace 5 years ago. Very worn and dirty. We picked up a can of woolite to at least get the worst of the stains removed.I put the blame for most of this on the property management company. We have a rental in Scottsdale, AZ and I would be mortified if my agent let a guest check in with the windows and carpets in that condition. It was property management malpractice. We enjoyed our family time on the island, but the unsatisfactory things mentioned above would keep up from returning to this home or ever consider using Island Time again for future stays.

The perfect week!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to HHI for 40 years. This is the first time with our young grandchildren and renting with Island Time. From the moment we booked our reservation to the moment we checked out they were there to answer any questions for us and periodically checked in with us. The refrigerator was leaking some water and within an hour someone was there to fix it! The house was a perfect fit for us. Lots of room for family gatherings and everyone also had their own space. The ping pong on the garage was also a fun way to end our days. We loved the secluded feeling and seeing the wildlife off the deck! We will definitely boom this house again. Thanks for the memories!

Family fun at Sea Pines

The entire process was simple/easy. The property was exactly as advertised. Our family had a wonderful time in the pool, great family mealtime together. The only draw back, too far from the beach. I definitely recommend this place. Island Time team was friendly, professional and prompt. On the 2nd to last night we had an issue with the AC, they had it fixed very quickly.

Like Staying In A Nature Preserve!

The house is maintained very well, my boys absolutely loved seeing the alligators off the back deck (they cannot get up, all very safe). The pool was so much fun, and the house is stocked well in the garage with beach chairs and toys. Great spot - thanks for having us and giving us great memories!!

Wonderful Stay

We loved this property! The pool was so great and we loved watching the alligators and turtles in the pond behind the house. The rental company was responsive when I had questions. We would definitely consider staying here again.

Nice property overall / Location not near beach

The house was nice and had many good qualities such as the wonderful pool, nice spacious first floor layout, grill, kitchen appliances and washer and dryer were all pretty good and working. We had an issue with the air conditioning upstairs not working consistently but it was resolved. My main issue is the layout of the bedrooms in the listing is not clear in the listing. There is a reviewer that already pointed this out and it was my mistake for not reading but the property manager should really make this clear and fix the listing. In fact I specifically asked about bedroom layout and it wasn’t clarified then either. Basically there is 1 br with bath in the main floor, 2 br & 2 bath on 2nd floor (baths are inside the rooms) and 1 bedroom with NO bathroom in the basement. Another point I wasn’t too happy about are the beddings. Some bed covers were fraying and stained. However the overall experience was positive and we enjoyed ourselves. The pool was the highlight for me. The beach situation is kinda weird. We had a car and drove to a nearby public beach outside the Sea Pines community. The beach in Sea Pines you wouldn’t be able to park your car and its too far to walk. Trolley doesnt run often and would take some figuring out (we never did). Plus its cumbersome if you are carrying beach chairs and umbrellas towels etc (because you would still need to walk to the trolley stop). Overall my take is that its too much trouble to use the trolley to go to the beach.

Great experience!

House was in perfect condition and the pool was great! 15 minute bike ride to Sea Pines Beach and 20 minute ride to Harbour Town. Ping pong in the basement was a hit too!

Nice Spot for Family Get Together

It has a very private location. The home is set back from the road among the trees with a lagoon behind it. Everyone enjoyed watching the wildlife in and around the lagoon. We had up to four alligators, many turtles and several large birds on a regular basis. The alligators were fairly small ranging from 3 to 5 feet. The home is beautiful inside and well furnished. Please note the property description is a little deceiving. There are 4 bedrooms total with 3 full baths and a half bath. The home has three levels. The master with en-suite bath is on the main level. The half bath is on the main level. There are two bedrooms upstairs with en-suite baths. The fourth bedroom with two queen beds is in the basement with no bathroom on that level. Whoever stays in this bedroom must share with someone that has en-suite baths. In our case, my two granddaughters, both in college, had to use the master bath. If four couples rented this property, it would be very inconvenient. The management team quickly resolved minor maintenance issues when called. Overall, a wonderful place to rent.

Amazing nature house

The view over the deck rail is what made this house special as the turtles, birds and alligators were always there looking up at us, then the tree frogs start singing at night. The house was very clean ,could use repairs on deck door handle, shower drain and repair on kitchen cabinets.

Great for families

Stayed a week with kids and grandparents. The pool was great and we all enjoyed watching the alligators from the deck. Easy walk/ride to look at the horses and easy walk/ride to harbor town.
