Welcome to 2 Ruddy Turnstone! This four bedroom, three bathroom home is located oceanside in Sea Pines. This home is all one level and can sleep a group of up to eight guests. There are pavers off the private pool deck that lead you to the beach path - you'll have your toes in the sand in a quick five to seven minute walk.

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: Five to Seven Minute Walk to Beach. Located 9th row oceanside in Sea Pines - very easy walk to the beach.

• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 39 feet by 9.5 feet (lap pool) with a depth of 3 1/2'-6'. The private lap pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee. Pools are not heated in the summer months as they will be naturally warmer due to the warm summer temperatures
