Absolutely fabulous home! I slept in a very comfortable memory foam mattress and experienced pleasant dreams every night. It's as of this place is guarded by friendly spirits. Old time charm, but loaded with every modern amenity you could ask for. Would love to retirn for a future visit!!

Fun Stay with Family

Very cute, extremely clean house with a great location. We were able to walk the Ecusta trail, which is literally beside the house, in the mornings. The trail takes you to a market where you can get coffee, breakfast and various sundries. Several other small shops are littered throughout the trail including a tap room. Honestly, we needed more time to enjoy all Hendersonville has to offer. Highly recommend.

Bungalow Stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and met our expectations. A few more house essentials would have been nice like more trash bags, laundry detergent etc. But overall, a good stay and would stay there again if needed. House was cute and had plenty of room.

Family visit for Car show

Very clean, comfortable house! Perfect for our short trip to Hendersonville. We got to relax on the side porch in the evenings. The location is perfect- close to downtown and the events we were attending in Mills River. The access to the greenway was so nice for a morning stroll or an after dinner walk. Would highly recommend!

We did a girls getaway. Close to downtown Hendersonville and wineries! It was the in the perfect location for us. The property owner was very responsive and accommodating! We would definitely stay here again! Very clean!!

Nice property close to downtown Hendersonville. Kitchen is nicely equipped for cooking and remainder of property is comfortable and well thought out. lots of great activities in the area. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing time

My family and I were celebrating my grandsonā€™s 10th birthday. Our trip involved several outings in the area including Lake Lure Water Park. Whether we were hanging out at the house (we got a lot of rain) or running around all day, we felt like we were home. Rick was awesome. He responded quickly to any questions we had and kinda felt like an uncle, LOL. We are already making plans to return. Thank you so much for helping us feel so welcome and at home. We had an amazing time!

This bungalow was perfect for my familyā€™s one week stay in the Hendersonville area. Easy access, clean, every detail provided. It was comfortable. My wife and the kids loved it. We will stay here again in a future Hendersonville trip.

A wonderful ttime in Hendersonville

The pictures did not do it justice! The home was beautifully decorated with so much of the original homes charm! The towels were thick and fluffy, the beds really comfortable, the kitchen well stocked (with plenty of dish towels!) and the side porch was lovely! The location is close to Hendersonville. We would definately stay again

Our Second Visit

We stayed here in the summer of 2023 and liked it so much that we picked it again for our 2024 need. This is a delightful little house. Very clean and the listing is accurate. We particularly enjoyed the covered porch! Rick was very helpful, and he even reached out to me after we left, as the cleaners found a necklace that my wife left behind. We really appreciated that!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

All the accommodations were wonderful! The check in process was smooth, the decor, amenities, and distance to everything was perfect. We cooked a good bit and the kitchen was a touch small for that, but as advertised, so we werenā€™t upset by that. We were able to fit 4 small-medium cars in the driveway without blocking the sidewalk. Plenty of seating. It was perfect.

Perfect girlā€™s weekend stay

Charming house close to trail and town, very convenient location. Perfect for Hendersonville and Ashville exploring. House was clean and amenities were great. Beds were comfy and plentiful. Calming Retreat

We spent the weekend at this exceptionally cute, exceptionally clean, exceptionally spacious home not far from Hendersonvilleā€™s Main Street. Though it was the reasonable price for a girlā€™s weekend away to visit wineries, it will be the location and homey feel that brings us back. The beds are all very comfortable, their were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, serving pieces, and all the basics.

Very pretty and clean, ample with cooking tools, beds very comfortable and beautiful porches and outside sitting areas. The bathroom arrangements were clean well stocked and fine for 4 adults. The stove and oven have some issues.

Cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!

A wonderful wedding weekend getaway for 8 adult friends. Location was wonderful, house was larger than expected, updated, CLEAN!, and quiet area. Loved the side porch. Great proximity to downtown. Would absolutely stay again.
