Come relax at the Orchard House, a newly renovated and stylish home that's perfect for families and friends.
Main level includes large common area connected to an open kitchen with dining area, sunroom, and three generous size bedrooms. Lower level includes additional rec/living area and separate office area/4th bed room. A well equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and reverse osmosis water filtration system, and new bathrooms. There are beautiful walking paths and sites all in close proximity.

LIVING:
- Fully stocked kitchen, coffee machine, dining room table for 6 with a highchair and booster seat, washer/dryer, free high speed WIFI, multiple work spaces, and games for all.
- Three large bedrooms with new mattresses, extra bedding, ample closet space, and two renovated bathrooms.
- Lower level with additional living/rec room and separate dedicated work space.
- Kick back & enjoy coffee at sunrise or a happy hour at dusk in our newly renovated screened in porch.
- Head out to the fenced in back yard to play a game of bags or sit around the fire pit.

Nestled midway between downtown Lake Geneva and Fontana Bay and Big Foot Beach State Park. Spend your day swimming in Lake Geneva, picnicking, kayaking, or boating. In the evenings, enjoy laughter, drinks, and lawn game then star gazing off the deck. Spend the next day taking the Lake Geneva Cruise Line to historical Black Point Estate and Gardens. Afterwards, catch dinner in downtown Lake Geneva at one of the many popular restaurants.

In the winter months, visitors can spend their days on the ski slopes at The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva just 20 minutes away..

Great home for friends to gather and go to and from Lake Geneva area fun things to do!

The house is very spacious, has a great layout, accommodates a group of adult friends all the way to a family with kids. Quiet quaint neighborhood. Easy access to main roads. Would definitely stay again!

Lake Geneva summer 2023

Lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space. Some things were not explained prior to arrival like the hvac system - very loud and was hard to sleep or hear the tv when running. It would have been nice to have some replacement paper towel and Kleenex since the stores are kind of a hike but we survived. I would have liked to know how the house worked relative to water usage. Not that we were running faucets and showers all day but there were restrictions on when how long and how often. A no shoes point was surprising - not that I wear shoes anyway while at home it just seemed a little restrictive and gave a sense of walking on eggshells while trying to stay comfortable and feel at home. Also having to wheel the dumpsters out and be sure the house was cleaned and dishes washed was peculiar since we paid a cleaning feel. Lastly it was further away than we were told to downtown lake Geneva and that was our hope to be much closer to that area. Owner is very responsive and friendly. And we had a nice visit and truly enjoy the lake Geneva area.
