Just 32 seconds from the sand, Chic Surf Shack is a dog-friendly Silver Strand beach bungalow made for relaxed coastal living. With water views, a sunny private patio, and space for up to eight guests, this home blends vintage charm with modern comfort. Days here move easily—from morning coffee by the water to evenings around the fire pit—making it an ideal Southern California retreat for families and friends.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire bungalow, including the fenced private patio and all provided amenities.
Please note: a portion of the fence is lower (approximately 48") to allow for water views.

Check-in is seamless with automated keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy throughout your stay and are always available via the messaging platform if you need assistance.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
