Step into this marvelous 3-bedroom + 5-bathroom beachfront home in Hollywood Beach! This spacious home offers 2 levels of living space. Enter the home through a little private courtyard area on the left. The bottom level features a living room with a built-in bar area, sliding doors, and a patio with beach access. A full bath and bedroom (1) equipped with two full-size beds are located at the end of the hall.

The modern spiral staircase leads up to the second floor which includes an open-concept living/dining area. The kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, and a bar which includes a wine fridge. In addition to the master bedroom king bed (2) and bathroom and bedroom (3) with one queen bed.

The home has a 2-car garage with a washer/dryer, bathroom, and a driveway for parking.

Guests do not have access to the rooftop deck at this time.

This location also includes a 5th bathroom located on the exterior conveniently near the patio and the beach!

3-6 month lease options

**Fireplace is NOT to be used!!**

Pet friendly, $150 per pet fee.
Dogs are allowed on the beach leashed before 9 AM and after 5 PM.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was ok.I wasn't overly impressed. The house has a poor layout and needs to be better maintained. A leak at the bay window in kitchen. No hot water in shower behind kitchen. You can't shave or do your hair in the master bath because mirrors are on the side walls. For the amount of money I paid, it should have been outstanding. The pictures make it seem much bigger and better maintained. I wouldn't recommend unless the price was reduced.

Great, relaxing location for some wonderful beach time.

Hollywood beach has always been a quite beach with lots of beautiful sand and this house has everything needed right on the beach!

Great Mini Vacation

Great property with a few exceptions. Sliding windows facing ocean need to be cleaned, would help if a squeegee were available. Need reading lights in all bedrooms, including living area so you donā€™t need to turn on overhead lights at night. Definitely need a booklet with house instructions for using all appliances including heater and oven. Would be very beneficial if all bedrooms had luggage racks. The shower door in the bathroom on the 2nd level across from the queen bed was off track, so the door would not close and water would get on floor. Overall it was a wonderful beach weekend.

But overall, we were satisfied with this rental.

Canā€™t wait to go back

This house is just beautiful. The view from the second floor, which is the main gathering space, is to die for. The kitchen is very well stocked and huge. The only downside ( which we knew about when we read the reviews) is lugging all the ice chests and bags of food up stairs and no decking outside. Otherwise 10/10 for sure

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Weā€™ve stayed at this house in the past and it was much nicer and more well stocked, cozier. The sheets were ripped and the towels cheap, old. The furniture is not cozy, outdoor furniture indoors. We rent yearly from Remax and will continue to every Summer, as their service and selection of homes is always great!! I HIGHLY recommend using them to book your rental!! Theyā€™re attentive, very accommodating and I love that theyā€™re local.

Property and location were excellent not ideal for small kids and pets. But I may have not researched it enough. Wouldā€™ve Liked more comfortable furnishings, including towels.

Amazing beach house

It was the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space. Fabulous location and endless beach views. A lot of space for parking multiple cars. The house was beautiful and well-appointed. We loved our stay here!

FABULOUS SPOT

THE HOUSE WAS WONDERFUL IT HAD JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING WE NEEDED FOR COOKWARE AND DISHES, WE PICKED UP A TRAY TO MAKE CUPCAKES AND LEFT IT THERE FOR THE NEXT TRIP OUT (<3 the small cupcakes) THEY EVEN HAD PAPER TOWELS AND TISSUE, THE KITCHEN IS UPSTAIRS WHICH KIND OF SUCKED FOR HAULING IN THE GROCERIES AND EVERYTHING WHEN WE ARRIVED BUT IT WAS ALRIGHT OVERALL, THE BEACH WAS IN FRONT OF YOU WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR TO ENJOY A FEW DAYS OF FALL BREAK WITH OUR GRANDS WHO LOVED IT! WE HAVE 3 ONLY TWO WERE COMING BUT LAST MINUTE WE GOT OUR 15 YEAR OLD AND EVEN HE HAD A GREAT TIME. THERE REALLY IS 5 BATHROOMS AND YOU USE THEM ALL AS THEY ARE SO CONVENIENTLY PLACED, BEDS WERE COMPFY LAUNDRY WORKED FINE SHOPPING CLOSE LOTS OF FOOD PLACES CLOSE BY AND ALL THE NEIGHBORS WERE JUST GOOD PEOPLE!! THANK GOD BECAUSE WE HAVE DOGS THAT WERE NOSY AT TIMES, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR A NICE GET AWAY TO ANYONE WITH MY CRITERIA <3 JUST DOING LIFE, AT GODSPEED!
