Canyon View Oasis - This amazing 6 Bedroom, 6.5 Bath home, sits at the base of the majestic red cliffs of Snow Canyon State park. Built and designed to be the perfect vacation home for you. The backyard pool and hot tub are designed to cool you down in the summer and heat you up in the winter. It has the refreshing combination of a outdoor fire pit and bbq. The community also offers a much larger pool right across the way to splash, swim and make memories! Canyon View has something to offer everyone - from the arcade gaming system, Foosball, ping pong, and basketball games, all for your use and entertainment! Out here the views of the surrounding Southern Utah landscape are breathtaking. You can also find a BBQ, and plenty of outdoor seating around the pool, and an outdoor fireplace to relax by in this stunning backyard space.

The owners have made it a point to have a kitchen that is functional and well appointed for your family gathering. There is plenty of seating, all the tools to cook simple or complex meals.

Upstairs in Canyon Views Oasis is where 5 of the 6 bedrooms are located, each room has a private en suite bath and flat screen TV's. In the living area upstairs there is a small kitchenette, perfect for cooking some popcorn, or keeping the drinks cold in the mini fridge for your movie night. Just off the living room, there is a private upper balcony with seating. Enjoy your morning coffee here with striking views of the massive red cliffs and canyons surrounding you.

At Canyon View Oasis you'll also have access to the large community pool and hot tub, located across the street! This pool has a small water slide to enjoy, and a splash pad to run around in and cool down on the hot summer days. This pool is open and ready for you to enjoy! Down the road a little further from the pool, you can play pickle ball at one of the two courts. At Canyon View Oasis, you'll have 2 garages large enough to park 4 cars in, as well as two separate driveways for additional parking space.

Canyon View Oasis is close by so many amazing attractions that Southern Utah has to offer such as, Anasazi Valley Trail Head is a short 5 minutes away,10 minutes to beautiful Snow Canyon, and Tuacahn, 20 minutes to Gunlock Reservoir, 30 minutes to Sand Hollow State Park, 45 minutes to Kanarraville Falls, and 55 minutes to Zion National Park. It's also close to many shops, stores, and restaurants for your convenience.

Bedroom 2: Features a Queen sized bed, one double bunk bed, a Private En-suite and TV. (Sleeps 1-4)

Bedroom 3: Includes a Queen Sized bed, and one triple bunk. It also has Private En suite and TV. (Sleeps 1-5)

Common Areas:
In the main floor living room, the sofa has a pull out queen sized bed. (Sleeps 1-2)

On the upstairs living room's sofa, the left side of the couch also features a full sized sofa bed. (Sleeps 1-2)

**POOL HEATING IMPORTANT INFORMATION - The cost of heating the POOL SYSTEM (Pool and Hot Tub) at this property is not included in the nightly rates. After you book the unit, please notify our team IF you want to heat the pool or have any questions about pool heating. The cost is $50 for operations and $25 daily heat plus applicable taxes. Daily cost is to maintain the pool heat during your stay and the Operations cost covers pre-heat, set up, etc. for the pool. We set the system to heat between 82-85. Actual temp. varies due to air/ground temps and is not guaranteed. Pool heating is recommended for guest stays from Oct 1st- May 31st.
HOT TUB may be heated independently of the pool for no extra cost. We set the hot tub heating between 100-102 degrees.

Hot tub on premises was great. The community hot tub was lukewarm and the jets didn't work. Glad ours was working nicely. The place was very roomy. Washer and dryer were grwatThe only negative were the people who rented next door and were making noise outside until we yelled at them at 4AM! 2 nights in a row.

Family Getaway

Overall, our experience was good. We had a few hiccups the first day with the backyard pool not being set up or heated. The patio and bbq were very dirty and we had to do some cleaning. Our group was excited for the games, but 3 of the 5 were broken(air hockey, basketball, and Pac-Man). Other than that, the rooms accommodated us quite well. It was nice having bathrooms in each bedroom as well as bunk beds in a few of the rooms. The surrounding landscape was beautiful. St. George is a perfect destination place.

Great for large groups!!!!

We loved everything about this home!! Every room has their own, full bathroom, the pool and hot tub, grill & fire pit on the back porch was high bonus!! Be sure to follow directions on turning the AC up so it doesn’t lock up on you. We made that mistake, but the owner responded quickly and told us how to get it right and all was well. The games throughout the upstairs was so fun and the community pool was beautiful fun! The VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING!!!!!! We will be coming back!!!

Nice place, but needs some things fixed for top notch

The unit is large and accommodated our 24 guests nicely. it is comfortable and rooms are nice. Location is also great and with 2 garages, we could put all our cars in them or in the driveways. the amenities in the house are nice and the kids loved them. However, there are a few things that could really make the place awesome, if they were fixed. 1. the backyard pool was very clean but at 98 degrees, it was unusable. That is very sad as the main pool was completely overrun with people. It would be impossible to do anything other than stand in the water. The splash pad was broken. this property is too large for the small pool. If you want to spend time at the pool, be aware it is PACKED with people. 2. the backyard was also overrun with spiders and several black widows and eggs sacs. could not let kids back there. 3. The air conditioning was adequate during the day, but would shut off during the night several times. the thermostats were hard to figure out. we had to get up each night and readjust them to work again. 4. for a unit this size that can accommodate so many, it would be very nice to have another fridge. We had to keep ice and coolers in the garage. Not a huge deal if you eat out a lot.

great place

This is a large place that is great for large groups. The view is wonderful and the beds are comfortable. The area is really great - close to snow canyon and to grocery stores. We had a small issue with the towels needing to be rewashed when we got there- I think they got left in the washer too long. But it was a holiday so that probably explains it.

Love this place!

This was the perfect house for our long-weekend family gathering. Everyone had a beautiful bedroom and private bath, the kitchen and great room was perfect for evening meals and card games and football watching (!), and setting is ideal. Would definitely book this place again.

Great family vacation

This 6 bedroom home was great to get all our family together for the week. It provided places for everyone to gather together for dinner or for games as well as separate spaces for sleeping children or tired grandparents. The private pool was convenient and refreshing.

Dad of a large family

It was a very nice property. The small pool in the back yard was great for the smaller kids. The community pool was enjoyed by everyone, especially the slide. The rooms were decent sized and there were large common areas that made group get togethers plausible. Communication with the property management team was a bit of a challenge at times. Response times could have been quicker when asking and getting approval for earlier arrival. But overall a very nice house!

Wonderful!

Everything was clean, organized and easily accessible. Very clear description of property, clear instructions of use for things, and the home itself was beautiful. We used it for a family reunion. Though we did use the community pool, The pool at the house was especially great and convenient! It was a beautiful location, and everyone had a wonderful time!

Fun Family Time!

Great to have rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone. We loved our personal pool, community pool, gym, and pickleball, ping-pong, ice-hockey, basketball, and fooseball. What a great big unit. Our family all loved it!

Celebrating Retirement with friends

We have been staying in VRBO's for almost 10 years and this was the best of all! Gorgeous clean house with plenty of room and so many extras. Everything was provided including hand soap in ALL baths, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dishwasher pods, detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryers and tons of beach towels. We paid a little extra for heating the pool and it was toasty. Communication was spectacular! One of the many games didn't work and the response was instant. The beds were very comfortable, the sheets were silky soft and the pillows were awesome. We all tried to find the brands so we could buy for our own houses. The area is beautiful with so much to do. Shopping and restaurants are very close. The only thing we could find on the negative side was the website pictures are definitely taken with a wide angle lens. The pool looks much bigger in the pictures and it is quite tiny. The community pool, however is huge and only a 2 minute walk. We would definitely rent this house again.

Best rental experience I’ve ever had

First of all, this place is amazing. The property is big, new, up-to-date, and just about perfect. The private pool and larger community pool gave us the option for everything we could’ve wanted. That may be the biggest reason that I was so pleased with our stay is how great this host was to work with. PLENTY of communication. They sent emails and texts well in advance with instructions, as well as the day of. The multiple times I message them with questions or requests. They responded right away. They also accommodated every special request that I made. Early check-in, late check out, and everything in between. This place will be our number one choice every time we come to St. George.

Lovely rental house!

Our stay was good! The house was beautiful. There was one small issue with one of the games which had a frayed wire and wouldn''t work. Other than that everything was good. The pool area is wonderful.

Beautiful home

We loved our visit. Plenty of space for all 20 of us. The driveway is curved so not the easiest to maximize space, but was not an issue! The club house was busy all the time so not much opportunity to use those amenities.

Very clean and fun filled property

I had my children and grandchildren stay over Christmas. It was a delight. It was chilly outside but nice enough to enjoy the stay. Spacious parking. Very clean home. The pool was wonderful including the hot tub. The fire pit was handy for this watching the swimmers. We brought our Instant Pot but they had plenty of dishes, cookware, knives and silverware. The activities for the teens and littles, were plentiful. We all enjoyed the pickelball court and the parks nearby. The grocery store and fast food were near by. We all enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay again.

Great place for big groups

We had a great time staying at this property. Our only complaint is that the hot tub and pool could not be heated at the same time. We paid extra to have them both heated, so that was frustrating. They weren't heated upon our arrival and it took so long to heat. We wouldn't have paid extra had we known. Luckily, the community pool was close and was heated. We had to contact the property manager a few times during our stay, and it took them a long time to respond. It was a holiday weekend so I understand why they weren't better at getting back with us. The home itself was great and everyone was comfortable and happy to be able to spend time together.
