Great location, awesome views

Our group of 4 adults and 4 teens had a great time here, despite some cold and windy weather. Excellent location right on the beautiful beach (nicest sand Iā€™ve ever seen!) and plenty of space for everyone in our group. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Destin.

Where do I start, I checked the home before we left and when we arrived there wasn't any damage to any bedding, the only issues I/we saw were each bedroom I entered upon arriving was every bed in each room was completely wrinkle as though someone had been sleeping in them and there was sand already in the beds, the garbage can lid in the kitchen was already broken, the flooring in the main living room was taped down partially and it was covered by a rug, also there were parts of the flooring that was lifted, it appears to be water damage, also the king bedroom on the 2nd floor there was a used bar of soap in the bathroom when we arrived. The review wouldn't have been as informative as this but because the Company Realjoy decided that we were responsible for metal bed railing being bent/broken by my 40yr old son who weighs 160lbs at the most and also he barely slept in the room he would mostly be on the third floor sleeping on the couch. I personally feel as though the railing was already damaged before we arrived and since we were the last guest that was there Oct.15-19 they decided to charge us so c the so called bed rails that they sent pictures of, we have nothing to do with.Also the pictures of the home on the website need to be updated because the advertisement reads 4 king bedrooms when there's only 3. The host needs to do upgrades to the inside of the home instead of charging for damages that we never made. The views of the beach were the best parts of the home!

We absolutely loved the viewā€”you really canā€™t beat being right on the beachfront. The layout was perfect for our group, and having 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms made a huge difference. It was so nice not having to worry about sharing space or coordinating shower times, and we never ran out of hot water.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider booking this property again.If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the kitchen setup. While the home comfortably accommodates a large group, the kitchen felt a bit under-equipped for cooking meals. We couldnā€™t find basic items like scissors or baking pans for things like casseroles or cinnamon rolls, and there were only two small frying pans available. For a home that hosts up to 13 guests, having a few more cooking essentials would go a long way.That said, this wouldnā€™t stop us from staying here againā€”we would just plan to bring a few of our own kitchen items next time.

Great home and fantastic location

We stayed here for a family vacation and the house was fantastic. It was clean, with the exception of sand in one of the beds, and was in the perfect location. The walk to the beach was literally out the back patio, and the views were breathtaking. We could even see dolphins playing not far off shore in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend this place and the management company!

60th Birthday Bash!

Oh my, this was the perfect property for our huge party group! It was very nice & clean, updated, all working appliances and A/C perfect. We couldā€™ve used a couple more parking spaces for the caterer & DJ once they arrived.

Extended family get away

We had a great time with our kids and grandkids. Weather was great, Big waves were fun for everyone! Toaster was not working and management had a brand new one over in no time! They were checking in daily to make sure everything was going okay. I appreciate they were just a text away and responded quickly.

Highly Recommend

Completely enjoyed our stay at Crystal Breeze. The home is exactly as described and it was in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. We had an air conditioning issue on a Saturday morning and they had someone out to fix it within a couple hours. I don't have one complaint, and I thank the owners for taking such pride in their rental!

Family loved the way townhome was setup

I had my 3 sons & 8 grandchildren staying there. Everything was setup great except the bedroom I was in had a small bathroom and a small shower. The top floor was too warm. I feel like it needed another unit on the top floor. Also the unit needs updating with appliances and paint. We had a great stay as a family. It is in a great location.

Our stay

It is a beautiful home in a great location. The house was spacious and the bedrooms were all comfortable. The balconies were awesome. There were a few issues with the house that I feel the owner should address. The dishwasher didnā€™t work and the silverware part was half broken. It didnā€™t dissolve the detergent or clean the dishes. The kitchen is missing some key essentials like a pizza cutter. It would be nice to leave coffee filters there. You can buy them for a few dollars. The dryer door doesnā€™t latch. Itā€™s also very odd that the owner doesnā€™t allow beach towels to be washed or dried, despite being on a beach. We enjoyed our stay very much, but for what we paid, we would have expected better appliances

spring vacation in Destin

The stay was not very good because of management response. You were very good at sending response e-mails but no action. We had lot of problem with parking and no one did anything about it for 3 days. The people next door had lot of cars and we were left to fend for ourselves. After that we had problem with the dryer and only on the last day someone offered to get our clothes cleaned by some local laundry. We should have been given that option the first day. You should have gotten our clothes done the first day while you were trying to deal with dryer problems. We requested we dry our clothes nextdoor and we were told that is not our property which was incorrect because the sign in front of property was real joy. The real problem is our problem was being handled by some remote location not a local office so I give the management a one star. Overall we had problem every single day we were there.

Great property in a great location

My cousin and our friend had a great stay at Crystal Breeze. The location was excellent- 5 minutes to Destin Commons and Publix, 30 minutes from VPS, and on the most beautiful stretch of the beach. The property is spacious, but not overwhelming. Thereā€™s plenty of room to spread out, including the 3 great balconies. No one was in the adjoining sister property which meant we had no neighbor noise, so cannot speak to soundproof. The kitchen was well equipped with everything youā€™d need. Our friend is a chef, and he had no complaints. I texted to confirm the availability of a Dutch oven (no) and a blender (yes). The communication with the property manager was outstanding. They responded promptly and professionally to my questions and emailed/texted throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. The only question we had on-site was about the cable/remotes, and the property manager came on site to show us how to use the TVs etc. Note the property does not have screens in the doors or windows, so keeping the doors or windows open would mean potentially letting in bugs etc. I slept with the door cracked to hear the ocean waves and had no problems, but I had the top floor suite. Doing so on the 1st floor suite would be difficult, as people walking along the beach would have easy access. However, the access from that suite to the beach was perfect and the shower to wash off the sand located on that balcony was great! Weā€™d go back tomorrow and miss it already!

Kitchen table was very sticky and dirty. No pot holders or coffee filters with only 1 dish detergent pod, laundry detergent pod and 1 garbage bag for 8 people for 4 days so plan accordingly. There is a garbage disposal with a switch under the sink which needs to be emptied otherwise the dishwasher will backup and fill with water and leak. The beds were not made in the bunkroom and the mattresses hard as a rock. Beautiful views of the ocean however and did feel very safe in the neighborhood.
