We had a wonderful beach vacation. Amazing beach with a short walk from the condo. The condo was very nice and communication from the property management was on point. We did wish the unit had more kitchen pans/ utensils. But overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback. We'd like to address the comment regarding the third-party advertisement. The advertisement you referenced was from BabyQuip, a company that offers rental items for travelers. It included the phrase, "Rent baby, beach, pet essentials, and more for your trip." We understand how seeing "pet essentials" in that advertisement could have caused confusion. However, the advertisement is not created or controlled by us. Throughout our listing, we clearly state in multiple places that our property is not pet-friendly, and the booking process does not allow guests to complete a reservation if they indicate they are traveling with a pet. That said, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We have contacted the advertising company to request that the wording be updated to help prevent similar confusion for future guests. We apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify. I understand it mentions pet essentials, however we have on multiple spaces on the listing that states we are not pet friendly, as well as you not being able to check out when selecting a pet. I do apologize that the advertisement included that message and we have reached out to the company to see if they could alter the advertisement, however we are very clear in the listing that we are pet friendly.

Wonderful vacation spot

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhome in Surf City. Great location, very clean home, nice beaches. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fantastic! Only complaint I had was the hot water upstairs didn’t last long at all but that’s an easy fix which I’m sure will be promptly taken care of.

Comfortable stay with convenient beach access

Beautiful home close to everything

Such a lovely home, with great decor, steps from the beach and the center of surf city. Would highly recommend for a beach vacay getaway.

Beautifully decorated, extremely clean and had everything you need with a wonderful location to the beach and pool! Absolutely loved it and looking forward to returning!

Great stay!!!

The property was Great! Communication with the host was great, the cleaning crew didn't do a very thorough job prior to our arrival, but other than that we were very happy with our stay. Super close to the beach, private pool and private beach access was awesome!

Great location!!

Comfortable stay with direct access to an awesome family-friendly beach just a short walk across the street. Enjoyed hanging out on the back decks hearing the ocean waves, unit had enough of everything for the week stay and is a great community. Also bonus access to a nice walkway through the salt marsh on the back end of property. Surf City is SO great, small town lots to see. It's our second time coming down, LOVE it here.

Girls weekend getaway

This house is very chic, modern and so nicely decorated. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our girls weekend. Each room is nicely decorated with a cute beachy vibe. The beds are so comfortable. We were in close proximity to everything in Surf City. You can tell the owners of this home take pride in their condo unit. We would definitely recommend and come back here.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our vacation. The home was beautiful and conveniently located within walking distance of the beach. The home was also within walking distance of coffee shops and shopping. We’ve never stayed in Surf City before (we usually stay on the northern end of the island). It was fun to be able to walk to get our coffee. I highly recommend this property.

Adorable property

This was our first time in Surf City and will definitely be back. We were extremely pleased with the property and the owner has it decorated so cute. You can tell they really care about their place. Everything was very clean, appliances were not cheap ones which is a huge plus, as we cooked almost every meal our entire week there. The walk from the front door to the sand was only 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend this property!!

Lovely Beach Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhome was so cute and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach with a private entrance. The pool was great also. And we loved that it was a 3/3 and my teen daughters could have their own bedroom. The balconies were another bonus. We would definitely stay here again. It was a seamless process as well. No problems with checking in or out.

The townhome was beautiful- you immediately feel like you’re on vacation with the beach decor throughout. The layout is perfect for 6 people with a first floor bedroom and 2 more upstairs. 3 full bathrooms are an added bonus. It was clean enough but could use a deep cleaning of floors and fresh paint on baseboards throughout. There is also some old water damage on the living room ceiling below the main bathroom that should be addressed.It was nice to have a starter roll of paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags as well as hand soaps in all 3 bathrooms. The double decks are great, quiet and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable, bed linens are provided. The location is fantastic. Close enough to walk to the beach for sunrise, shopping, the pier and restaurants but far enough away that the traffic and noise isn’t an issue. The complex is quiet and well-kept.A few tweaks such as beach towels, adding sheer drapes in main bedroom and living room, black-out drapes in first floor bedroom, and bar height table and chairs on upper deck to see the water view even better would make this townhome perfect.We did have an issue with the ceiling fan remotes and it took a while to get a response when we reached out. The problem was resolved the same day but communion could have been better.Overall, we had an amazing vacation and will definitely consider staying here again.

Great place close to everything!

We've stayed in Surf City a handful of times and were initially bummed when we couldn't stay at our previous spot (we booked late!) but this place was amazing! Very clean, cute decor, and super responsive property manager. This is the first trip that we did not have to bring our own sheets and bath towels which doesn't seem like a big thing until you're the one who does all the packing for your family. The home is supplied with pretty much anything you'll need and everything is quality. The beds are super comfortable and it was great having a bath in or off each room. The home is located within walking distance (less than a mile) from all the restaurants like Shaka Taco and North Shore Juice and only steps from the beach with a private boardwalk. Taking to kids to the beach was a breeze because the location was so great. You can see and hear the ocean from both outdoor decks. Would absolutely stay here again!

The closeness to beach access and the pool were perfect for us. Beach was not overly crowded. We've been renting places at the beach for many years. This is the best so far. We plan to return.
