- This unit is part of a triplex, with shared walls, noise from neighbors may be heard from time to time.
- San Diego Airport flight paths run over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm–6:30am.
- Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided for your use.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Mission Beach is San Diego's lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town, with more than five miles of waterfront boardwalk connecting the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. From this home, you can walk to local restaurants, coffee shops, beach rentals, entertainment, and Belmont Park, the iconic beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 and since restored, along with miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade.
Spend the morning walking or biking along the bay, paddleboard right outside your door, enjoy an afternoon at the beach, then walk to dinner without ever needing to get in the car. SeaWorld is just a few minutes away, while the San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego are approximately 15–20 minutes away.

This rental is located in a high-density neighborhood with strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a zero-tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy violations, parties, smoking, or pets. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. As your beach getaway comes to an end, we kindly ask you to follow these quick steps before checking out. Please turn off all lights, fans, and HVAC; lock all doors and windows; start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes; leave used towels on the bathroom floor and beds unmade; and remove all trash and recycling. Don't forget to report any damages, issues, or upgrade suggestions—we truly value your feedback! Check-out is at 10:00 AM, unless a late check-out was pre-approved.
