With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an open concept first floor and furnished basement, your guests have all they need for a comfortable and fun vacation. Spend evenings cozying up to a roaring bonfire, serve meals in the beautiful kitchen and dining space, or enjoy the game room area in the lower level. Just minutes away, guests can enjoy the lake, beaches, golf courses, shopping, restaurants and amazing winter activities. Fun-tana is the perfect place to make memories for all ages and seasons!

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, or other rowdy gatherings.

This property is equipped with a Ring doorbell on the front door.
This property is equipped with a decibel monitoring sensor located inside and outside of the home. Please do not remove or tamper with.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender and crock pot
Both a traditional coffee maker and Keurig are provided
Also provided are pots and pans, kitchen towels, hot pads, baking sheets, mini fridge and BBQ grill utensils
Dishes, utensils, glassware, and wine glasses are also on site

This home is located in the heart of Lake Geneva. It is minutes away from the lake, multiple golf courses, beaches. Guests can enjoy all activities all seasons Wisconsin is known for: snow skiing, ice castles, fall colors, car/boat shows, festivals. We recommend you check out Visit Lake Geneva. "Visit Lake Geneva" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to tours, places to rents boats and fun things to do in the area.

Provided:
Bed linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
We do supply a starter set of paper products including paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and garbage bags. Facial tissue is not provided.
Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests.
Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.
