From the moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a bright and airy living room, complete with a comfortable sectional sofa and a SmartTV for streaming your favorite shows and movies. Free high-speed WiFi is also available throughout the property, so you can stay connected and entertained at all times.

The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and all the appliances you need to whip up delicious meals for your family or friends. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, you'll have everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes with ease.

After a long day of exploring Pensacola, retreat to the privacy-fenced backyard, where you can fire up the grill and enjoy a delicious meal al fresco. The patio is the perfect place to unwind and relax, surrounded by lush greenery and peaceful surroundings.

Upstairs, you'll find two cozy bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed and plenty of extra linens, towels, pillows, and blankets for your convenience. There's also a full bathroom on this level, stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your use.

For your convenience, there is a half bathroom on the first level of the townhome, and parking space for one vehicle is provided in the area marked #16 in front of the property. With easy access to Interstate 10 and just minutes away from the Airport, UWF, and downtown Pensacola, "Be Our Guest" is the perfect home base for your next Florida adventure.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10 am. Early Check-In & Late Check-Out:  We are usually unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.

We have a keyless entry, and a code will be sent before checking in to access the house. You will have access to the entire home and the backyard except for one locked owner's closet. For parking, please park your vehicle in the space marked #16. Please be mindful not to block the neighbors' parking spaces.

This was a great place to stay while our house was under construction. The house had everything we could of possibly needed. Quite neighbors, close to everything. Great value too.
