Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. You have direct ocean access over a beautiful, private boardwalk that crosses the marsh between the resort buildings and the beachfront. Coco's on the Beach bar and grill is waiting for you at the end of the boardwalk. There are six lighted tennis courts, 3 striped for pickleball, 2 outdoor pools, an indoor recreation center with a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, 1/10th mile indoor jogging track and a fitness center! Our private beach is one of the least crowded, most beautiful on the island. Just take a walk on our private boardwalk overlooking a scenic salt water marsh with spectacular wildlife like herons and egrets! There is also golf cart shuttles that can take you if you don't feel like walking! At the beach you will find Coco's Cabana with food, drinks and restrooms and the breath-taking beach surrounding you! Best waves, shells and sharks teeth! Beach Volleyball right in front of CoCo's! This mid-island resort is a 24 hour gated community and convenient to all the fun Hilton Head Island has to offer! Beautiful bike paths, shopping, restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach! Our resort has picnic table, grills and a private sun deck for your enjoyment. All of the amenities are free to guests making this the best family vacation value on Hilton Head. The resort is only a few minutes from Chaplin Community Park with protected bike trails, soccer, basketball, playgrounds and much more! Shelter Cove at Towne Centre is right down the street with numerous restaurants and shops to enjoy as well

What an amazing location within this resort! We loved the balcony & view and being so close to the boardwalk and large pool! The unit was beautiful and updated nicely - everything was clean, comfortable and made for an awesome family getaway on the beach! I highly recommend this unit for your Hilton head escape!

Enjoyable Weekend

My girlfriends and I stayed at this property for a weekend getaway. We found the condo to be clean and as advertised. The property itself was very nice with good amenities. We were close enough to everything we wanted to do.

Exceeded expectations!

The first thing everyone said as we entered our unit was WOW! Clean, beautiful, spacious with TV and ceiling fan in every bedroom. Nice basics like coffee, tea soaps, etc and nice extras like board games. Nice views and so many amenities with the property- restaurant, bar, gift shop, hot tub, tennis courts and 3 pools. Short walk to the beach or take the shuttle. Thanks for making our stay extra special!

Wonderful weekend!

Just a short stay but we were very comfortable in this 3 bedroom unit. Very clean, complete with everything you need, and convenient to shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Wedding stay

Was in town for a wedding and this was just a perfect place for us to stay. Pool with bar and food was super handy. Condo was super cute, comfortable & great size compared to a hotel. Only suggestions would be more silverware, beach towels & trash bags. Would totally stay here again- oh and vicinity to restaurants, shopping & grocery stores was perfect

Hilton Head Resort

This condo is exactly how it is pictured. The kitchen was stocked with enough items to prepare meals which is always helpful. This condo is located right next to the boardwalk and tram for beach access which was very convenient. We had a small issue getting in with the code, but Maya handled it quickly and there weren’t any other issues with our stay.

Awesome Experience - Would Definitely Stay Again

Clear and complete directions to property and instructions for access worked like a charm. The fourth-floor property was easily accessed by elevator and the corner location was far away from the noise of the pool and the highway. Property was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Screened-in balcony with four chairs was great! Entrance for the boardwalk to the beach was just below the property and the beach equipment in the storage locker really came in handy! Thank you for a great end to our vacation!

Great Condo/Location

The condo was the perfect size for the four of us. Be mindful thaf the condo is on the fourth floor but located right next to the boardwalk access and the outdoor heated pool. The only downside was the combo washer/dryer. The dryer drain was most likely clogged as it took many cycles to dry clothes. Would stay again!

Nice location and property in Hilton Head. 6 adults stayed over Xmas break. It was mid 60s, so we didn’t go to the beach other than just for a walk. But the indoor pool and hot tub area was nice. The condo was updated and very clean. We would rent again.

I have been coming to the Hilton Head with my family for over 13 years. We have stayed in Homes, and on the Hilton Head Resort. This property Owner, Maya was unwilling to help with an combo washer/dryer. One of the changes was to have a washer, dryer on hand, and not need to use building wash. Call me old fashion, but texting how to use this appliance was not working. She would not talk to me via phone. I would never recommend this condo, due to the Owners inability to resolve a simple problem by phone.

No repeat visit here.

This property looked much better in the pictures than in reality. The unit was very small but relatively clean. They tried to update, but most updates were poorly done. The kitchen and baths were among the better updates. Furniture was not updated and not in good condition. Fortunately, we were there for only two days. We all agreed that we would not have been able to stay there a week. The host was nice enough to allow two of our party in early; however, the unpleasant attendant at the gate would not allow their driver to take them to the unit. They had to carry their luggage and walk to the very last building. Fortunately, they were young and able to do so; my husband and I would not have been physically able to do so. If this is a policy of the complex, they should shuttle incoming guests to their units.

This villa has 1162 sq/ft with a huge living room/dining room, 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer combo machine. There is a desk and free 400x20mb internet just in case you need to do some work.

There is a 24-hour manned gate to enter the resort. There are two onsite restaurants/bars, onsite bike rentals, and a free island-wide trolley service at the trolley stop just outside our front gate. Hilton Head Island has over 55 miles of paved bike trails. The resort is located in the center of the island and everything you need is a bike ride away!
