The Space:
A well-designed open concept condo within steps from the beautiful intracoastal waterway. Relax on your own private patio with your drink or coffee, or our large waterfront patio while watching pelicans dive and sailboats gliding past. This suite is perfect for several couples or a small family. With 2 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a luxurious king, full closet, and the second bedroom also has a soft and luxurious king. Our kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, coffee make, blender, and a disposal. The living room has a leather sofa and a large dining table with seating for 4. Relax and make yourself at home!

Each of our five (suites) was fully renovated in May 2021. Each suite has a full kitchen for cooking meals or re-heating left-overs, full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There is a free full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room on the property. Enjoy complimentary 1GB Wi-Fi inside or outside and breath-taking views each day you stay there! Never a resort fee.

Guest Access:
The suite includes a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, blender, and coffee maker, pots & pans, place settings for 4 people, Wi-Fi, cable TV, Netflix and beautiful views.

Enjoy our lovely courtyard [free coconuts when they're ripe & ready to drop], swim or fish from our private dock, grill your dinner, or wander off and explore the World-Famous John's Pass Village and the long stretches of white sand beaches lining the Gulf of Mexico.

The Neighborhood:
We are right in the middle of John's Pass Village in Madeira Beach, surrounded by dozen of restaurants, bars, and shops, all within 1/2 a block!!!

Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft operate 24/7. There is Pinellas County beach trolley that runs hourly and goes along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St Pete Beach, passing right through Madeira Beach!

Other Things to Note:
There is no smoking within the property but we do have a convenient smoking area right out front!
