CLEANING AND BEDDING
Our properties are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized by professional staff before each check-in. Our team of experts prepares all the details before your arrival so you do not have to worry about cleaning or organizing during your stay.

In addition to this, all linens are laundered by a specialist professional laundry after each check-out, providing our guests with clean and sanitized linens, bed sheets, and comforters for the day of their arrival.

Located in Champions Gate Resort, a fantastic gated community, featuring resort amenities, and also close to premium Golf courses. The property is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, a pool, a grill, and custom kid's bedrooms for you and your family to enjoy a magical vacation. We are 16 minutes from Disney Parks, less than 28 minutes from Universal Parks, and 31 min from Orlando Airport.
The house is close to supermarkets, restaurants, shops, and premium establishments. Orlando International Airport is just 31 minutes from home. Also, on our property, you can enjoy your favorite channel or TV show. We have Netflix, Peacock, and Roku on all TVs. Everything you need for your entertainment and comfort is close to you.

NEIGHBORHOOD DESCRIPTION
Champions Gate welcomes our guests just off its I-4 exit with stately rows offering excellent resort-style amenities. Close to our property, you will find the Champions Gate development’s retail center, offering a variety of retail stores, shopping destinations, restaurants, and cafes. The neighborhood is the ideal mix of resort-quality homes and family-friendly amenities, offering the living experience you deserve.

Here are the approximate distances from the main attractions you may wish to visit:

• Disney World: 16-minute drive
• Universal Parks: 28-minute drive
• Magic Kingdom: 22-minute drive
• SeaWorld: 26-minute drive
• Amway Center: 35-minute drive
• Legoland: 40-minute drive
• Gatorland: 28-minute drive
• Medieval Times: 28-minute drive

Nearest required establishments you may need:

• Target: 10-minute drive
• Publix: 4-minute drive
• CVS Pharmacy: 13-minute drive

And other premium establishments, all close to you. The community has excellent on-site facilities.

GETTING AROUND
• Parking is available in front of the property and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse.
• There is a gate guard at the entrance of the community to increase local safety. Guests need to provide the full names of the drivers upon the reservation confirmed to be registered at the gate guard.
• No boat, camper, trailer, RV, motor home, recreational vehicle, commercial vehicle or equipment, or construction vehicle of any type is allowed in the gate guard
🕗CHECK-IN TIME⚠️
Check-in starts at 04:00 pm and ends at 11:00 pm

PARTY 🚫🎉
Parties and events are not allowed. “Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 07:00 AM”. We hope to have your cooperation, otherwise, if party evidence is found a $250 fine will be applied.

POOL HEATING EQUIPMENT 🥽⏱️
For those interested in the heated pool service, we would like to inform you that the equipment used can take between 8 to 10 hours to reach the desired temperature, this is an additional service that must be requested in advance. Only authorized staff can touch the equipment to configure the heating correctly, if guests turn on the heater without permission, will be charged the pool heating price plus taxes multiplied by their accommodation days.

AC EQUIPMENT / THERMOSTAT 🥶🌡️
The air conditioner should not be set below 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Failure to comply with these terms may cause the system to freeze and become inoperable. In addition, all windows and doors must be kept closed during the rental period. Not following these instructions the AC system can be damaged and it may result in a $250 fine.

GARBAGE COLLECTION 🗑️♻️
The doorstep trash service is provided throughout the community, the trash bags should be bagged and placed in the correct bin before 07 am. Any loose garbage that is out of the bag will not be collected. The external can be a bin that is in a bench shape and is located right in front of the house or a regular bin in front or next to the property. Please let me know if you have difficulties finding the bin. We hope you understand and cooperate with that. Garbage found out of bags will result in a $100 fine and excess garbage will result in a $150 fine.

PET-FRIENDLY 🐶🐱
Your pet is more than welcome on our property. We are a pet-friendly property and there is a pet fee per booking. The guest is required to take responsibility for the containment and proper disposal of the animal's urine and excrement. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $100 fine in case it is found on the floor. If an animal's urine and excrement are found in the carpet it will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes.

POOL 🏊‍♀️🌤️
The guests agree not to tamper with pool heating controls or manipulate the heater. In addition, do not throw food, drinks, soaps, balloons with LEDs, or any elements that could damage the pool into the pool. If you break this rule, we will investigate the situation with the pool technician and you will be subject to a $150 fine.

SMOKING 🚭
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside the property, however, it is important to keep the place clean afterward. The non-compliance of this rule will result in a $250 fine.

CHECK-OUT ⏰🕙
Check-out time is 10:00 AM. An additional 15 minutes may be granted as a grace period upon prior request. The cut-off time is 10:15 AM, The noncompliance of this rule may result in a $200 fine.

CLEANING 🧹🧽
Please rest assured, you do not need to be concerned about the cleaning, we just kindly ask you to please put the dishes in the dishwasher, and take the bagged trash before your departure. Please note that stains or dirt found on the carpet will result in a $250 fine for cleaning purposes. Items or furniture damaged will result in a charge to replace it at its estimated value or repair the item, this value is calculated by a third party.

DELIVERY 💼 📦
We are not responsible for any lost items on the property or lost packages.

PARKING 🚘🚗
There is a rotating parking spot in front of the property and there is additional free parking at the clubhouse.
•Speed Limit 25 MPH
•Vehicles will be towed if parked on the grass, blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, dumpsters/Open Tops, and neighbors’ driveways.
•Any and all all-terrain vehicles are not allowed within the community. This includes Quads, golf carts, scooters, slingshots or mini motorcycles.
•RV's, boats, trailers, and limousines are not allowed in the community.

GATE GUARD🚪💂
•All guests 18 & older must register into Gate Access, so upon your reservation is confirmed, please provide the full names of all 18-year-old guests and older.
•The first check-in at the gate needs to be made with Ramco Security with their photo ID once they first arrive at ChampionsGate to receive the orange overnight pass which they can use to access the Oasis Clubhouse amenities.
•Guests cannot transfer their QR code to other guests. All guests need to use their QR Code.

Nice Vacation Rental
There were not any big issues. The small things we had concerns about I have sent directly to the property manager. The property management was great and very responsive. The home was clean and comfortable. It is close geographically to restaurants and parks, but with traffic it can take up to an hour or more to get to where the theme parks are. Publix was very close. Also, the clubhouse pool was crowded (we were there during spring break) and you cannot bring your own food or drinks so you have to buy food and drinks there. The food at the clubhouse is not great and it's expensive. The large clubhouse pool is a very long walk, or a short drive from this unit. It looks like they are building a new pool area very close to this unit, but not sure when it opens. Also, there are homes in the neighborhood still under construction (temporary issue) so there was some construction noise at times. And the quiet hours are not enforced, so there were some noisy neighbors having a good time until 2 am. The pool at the unit is small but very nice. We had all the kitchen items we needed. Overall, I would say this was a decent rental unit, depending on what you're looking for.
