Cuvee 31 is a three story newly built home located in the heart of the Seagrove Community! This home is a 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath vacation rental home that sleeps 14. The beach is just a 5 minute walk or a few minute bike ride. This luxurious home offers sleeping areas on all three floors and two different gathering areas for family and friends to enjoy this home and vacation. You will have 4 complimentary bikes with helmets to cruise Seagrove, seaside and 30A and go discover the area nearby to plan your next adventure!


Upon entering this modern vacation rental, you will be welcomed by the main living room area which has an HD TV for your movie nights with the family!. Continuing through the home, you will find the dining area that comfortably seats 10 guests for meals or nightly recaps! The kitchen is also located on the first floor with fully equipped stainless steel appliances and modernized cooking area. You will also have access to a laundry area that includes a washer/dryer combo and ice maker that leads out to the garage, which includes the 4 bikes and an outside shower to the left of the driveway. Between the dining and kitchen area will be a half bath and exit to the back of the home that includes an 8 person seating area for outside dining, an outdoor gas grill /griddle and a fire pit area for smores and more!


When you enter into the home and take a left you will be greeted by your first King suite that will include an HDTV and your own private full bath that includes a stand alone shower. Heading upstairs will be the second floor lounging area that will include an HDTV, additional fridge, washer/dryer combo and couch that doubles as a twin sleeper sofa. On this floor you will have two King suites, both with their own private baths, one with a shower/tub combo and the other with a stand alone shower. Continuing up to the third floor, you will have your bunk room that will include a two twin over full bunks with trundle beds underneath for additional guests! Your final bathroom will also be located on the third floor with two separate showers and an enclosed room that will include the toilet.


Cottages of Seagrove offers a community pool nearby and the public beach access is just a quick 5-10 minute walk or few minute bicycle ride away. It’s located near plenty of shopping, dining, and live entertainment. There’s fun for everyone!
