As you enter the apartment, you'll find yourself in the living room, which is furnished with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table, and a flat screen TV. The living room leads to a small dining area, which has a table and chairs for two.

The bedroom is located off the living room and features a comfortable king sized bed, a dresser, and a closet for storage. The bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and has a shower/tub combo, a sink, and a toilet.

The apartment complex also features several amenities for residents to enjoy. There is a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxing on a hot day. There is also a pickleball court, sand volleyball court, and playground for those who enjoy outdoor activities.

Guest Access:
Guest will have full access to the entire unit along with amenities like pool, hot tub, playground and gym.

This is a very quite & peaceful neighborhood. There are many highlights to this unit such as the amenities, it’s very close to the interstate for those who are in for business, shopping, restaurants, downtown and beaches are minutes away.

We want to make sure you have access to all the great amenities we have to offer, like the gym and pool. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we've provided you with a key to access your unit and a pass to the gym and pool.

As a token of trust and to guarantee the availability of these essentials for all our guests, we kindly request a refundable deposit of $80. This deposit will be returned to you in full, provided that both the key and the gym/pool pass are returned to their original place and a picture is shared with us during your check-out.

We appreciate your cooperation in this matter, as it helps us maintain the quality of our accommodations and the security of our community. Rest assured, your deposit will be promptly refunded upon confirmation of the items' return.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the pool and gym are closed/not useable due to building management maintenance tasks, we will not be held responsible for your inability to use the pool.
