This 3 bedroom 2 bath chalet style home is in a prime location with a short walk (5-7 minute walk) to the lake and beach, with a hot tub and two kayaks included to use, as well as near the fishing lake . It is also very close to Big Boulder Ski and Jack Frost Mountains. This chalet has a great 3 season room along with a nice size deck perfect for entertaining! Both bathrooms have recently been fully renovated. The first floor bathroom has been renovated with luxurious touches including a floating vanity, lighted mirror, and jet/rain head shower feature with a tub for those traveling with children. The upstairs bathroom while on the smaller side is an en-suite for privacy and has a shower stall, toilet and vanity.

This is a 3 bedroom chalet style single family home, in a two lake community. One lake is primarily just for fishing and the other lake does have a beach area with picnic tables to escape the summer heat! The house has a nice wooded setting with a huge outdoor deck area with plenty of seating, and an outdoor chimnea.
The house has a nice floor plan with two bedrooms on the first floor (each with a queen bed, and a bedroom and half bath upstairs. There is a large deck. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI with a large TV The TV allow you to connect to streaming apps. (please note there is no TV Cable- one of the tv's does have blueridge streaming channels ) A fully equipped kitchen is available for home-cooked meals. Air conditioning throughout the house.

AMENITIES:

Linens and bath towels are provided along with shampoo and conditioner so you do not have to pay extra or pack your own! We also have a washer and dryer in our unit for your use. (Please note that the washer and dryer are located in an unfinished part of the basement and we allow usage for your convenience) please note Ductless air conditioning in the living room only.

Snow Removal - During the winter months it snows often, the township plows the cul-se-sac. We do not provide snow removal for the driveway. There are multiple snow shovels available you can use to dig out if needed.

Lake Guenevere - Between Memorial Day and Oct 15th you will also have access to a community lake with a beach and recreation area. To get there, turn right (from the driveway) onto King Arthur Rd then turn right onto Lancelot Ln. Lake Guenevere is fishing, cookout, canoe, kayak, paddle board, beach volleyball, and swimming friendly (No swimming after Labor Day). Please be sure to have the amenities pass with you when at the lake, security may ask to see it.

Lake Kathryn - There is also a second lake, Lake Kathryn, for fishing only. To get there turn left (from the driveway) onto King Arthur Rd, right onto Camelot Dr, left onto Hwy 940, then left onto Sir Bradford Rd. PA angler's license required to fish.

Hot Tub Rules

To ensure a clean and enjoyable experience for all guests, please follow these important hot tub guidelines:

No soaps, shampoos, bubble baths, or any other products are allowed in the hot tub. These can damage the filtration system and require extensive cleaning.
No glass containers in or around the hot tub area for safety reasons — please use plastic or other non-breakable alternatives.
If the hot tub needs to be drained and refilled due to improper use, a $250 maintenance fee will be charged.
