Spring Break in Denver

The house met all of our needs for a Spring Break in Denver. My boys loved the games in the basement and everything was about 20 minutes from the house in Denver. The house was clean and held all of the components we needed for our stay.

Fresh, clean and modern!

The home was modern, clean and exactly what we expected. We traveled for a football game, home was close to Empower field. We enjoyed the basement game room! Beds were very comfortable and entire home was clean, warm and inviting! We travel w dogs yard was perfect!!!

Awesome Views of the City

We had a great time at this place, and from the front you have cool views of the city. The back yard is huge, and the hot tub was nice. The house was smaller than we expected, but it was big enough for us. The pool table is very small, and the video game in the basement is also a mini version. The house was very well kept, and has everything you will need. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, and I also recommend adding a french press to the kitchen. We would rent this place again.

Everything was clean great view of skyline to downtown. First night was my bach so we went downtown but had no problem coming back and feeling relaxed. Second night our husbands joined and we were able to use the fire pit the gameroom in basement and the hot tub! Everything was great. We dis feel a little out of aorts with how exactly to checkout so just made sure to tidy up!

Wonderful well stocked home for family fun

My husband & I brought my 87 yearold dad to visit grandkids that live in Westminster. It was ideal. The kids & their pups could join us at this lovely well stocked home. Kitchen was great and we made several meals, played games, enjoyed the hot tub and watched movies. Location was perfect for several days trips to the Royal Gorge, Boulders Flagstaff drive, Estes Park, Rocky MouyNational Park, Golden s Lookout drive, Wildlife Sanctuary,etc. Host was amazing and very prompt at responding to us in minutes. She graciously assisted in extending our stay an additional night. It was fantastic that each bedroom had a very comfortable king sized bed. The back yard was huge and the city lights were beautiful from the front steps. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for making vacationing with 3 generations easy and fun.

Nice home base

This was a nice home base for about a month. The home is nicely decorated with fun touches all around. The hosts are responsive to needs. The only issue was that there were very tall weeds covering the property for most of our stay, so that made enjoying the outdoor space difficult for us and the dogs. And when the weeds did finally get taken care of the day before we moved out our truck window got broken - we believe by the garden contractor but can’t see clearly on the footage and so have paid the money for the fix out of pocket. Not exactly the hosts fault, but certainly a part of my stay.

Great Place for a Relaxing Weekend

Our group of 6 young guys really enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean. The checkin and out process were very simple. The cleaning fee actually means something since we weren't expected to do laundry, run the dishwasher, sweep, etc. The inside of the house is updated and was spotless when we got there. I do have some minor issues and advice for the host. We could not find any additional trash bags and did not know where to take out full bags. The back patio doesn't get any sun and was solid ice that couldn't be scooped with the plastic shovel. Some prompt scooping or salt would be good. Guest should plan ahead for heating up the hot tub. In cold weather it took over 3 hours to go from 80 to 100 degrees. The lights around the tub require a remote that wasn't labeled and that we only found the second day because we were looked in all the drawers for trash bags. Overall it was a solid stay and a great weekend.

>>Prep and cook delicious meals in the large, well-equipped kitchen, featuring a Dual Filtered coffeemaker and Keurig, toaster, air-fryer, Ninja Bullet blender, rice maker, along with all stainless steel appliances stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. In Fact, we tested the kitchen by making a whole Thanksgiving Dinner here!

>> Denver's tap water is known to be the best! BUT, we also have a REVERSE OSMOSIS system to even improve the water quality some more. This is convenient, as you don't need to get heavy cases of water. Glass bottles are provided so you can fill them up and store them in fridge.

>>Dine in the well-lit dining area with a view of the yard that has a hot tub and a firepit.

>> Outside, take in the large yard. Chill out by the firepit to roast some s'mores in our backyard. Grill your favorites on the Charcoal grill, and soak in our 6 persons hot tub.

>> After a day of enjoying all the attractions the area has to offer, AND what the house has to offer; you can choose from the three comfortable bedrooms that are all KING BEDS. 2 bedrooms in the main level and 1 bedroom in the lower level. Each room are thoughtfully design to make it not only comfortable but are esthetically pleasing to the eyes.

>> If you are working remotely, the main bedroom has a designated area as your work station.

>>Refresh and rejuvenate in the full bathroom with tub/shower combo upstairs. A Stand-in shower in the lower level.

>> You’ll love the convenience of the washer-dryer.
