Exclusive luxury Aqua Towers, one of Long Beach’s most iconic high rises. Fabulous views of the Pacific Ocean, harbor, and Catalina Island await from every window. Sit in your living room and enjoy the spectacular sunsets or relax on the wraparound balcony and watch the ships go by – 24 hour door man and gated parking and garaged car parking. Pool, Gym, Suana, Wifi, steps to the long beach performing arts center. A couple minute walk or a quick scooter ride to The Pike.
The space
We can host up to 6 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 4. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

You will LOVE OUR LOCATION! We are in the HEART of Long Beach! Most of our guests DO NOT need a car at all to go around, everything is walking distance. We are walking distance to the Convention Center and two blocks from the beach and conveniently located right next to The Village Market (Large Liquor and Craft Beer selection), Vons, Sturbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores..

Fantastic Stay

The location was perfect for us. The Condo was a great fit for what we needed and had all of the necessary amenities. We would highly recommend the same for anyone traveling to Long Beach and attending events at the LB Convention center!

Best of both worlds

I chose this location because it is still close to the beach, but not in beach price range. We came for some fun at theme parks. Great location, lots of stores and restaurants near by.

We were in Long Beach for a convention. This place is the perfect location. Close to convention center and restaurants. Great view. Raymond was awesome to deal with.

Very lovely apartment. Raymond and Rima were very nice and extremely help with a couple of matters. Great location and lovely views from the apartment. We would definitely stay there again we loved it.

Great Location for Country Festival?

Very clean and well stocked. We were in LB for the two-day country festival and could see the venue and all the goings on from the balcony. Only a five minute walk to the VIP entrance. Great overall experience. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect owner, Perfect facitilties and Perfect Location

We stayed for 6 nights to attend a conference at the Long Beach Convention Center. As the title says, everything was perfect. From before check-in to after check-out, the owners were very warm, cooperative and prompt. If I ever go back to Long Beach, I will stay here again!

Quick visit to the city

Apartment is very clean and well equipped . Enjoyed being in a Secure building with onsite parking included. Fantastic location, able to walk to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Host is very accommodating. We were able to arrive early and he went out of his way to meet us and give us a tour of the facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, amazing hospitality

This condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, super well stocked, great neighborhood, comfortable beds. The host was great to deal with, met us at condo, showed us around and even provided snacks! It was perfect for our long weekend in Southern California where we had a concert to attend in LA and we also wanted to go to the San Diego Zoo. Highly recommend.

Clean condo, great location

The condo was nice and the location was ideal. The check in process was a bit frustrating having to meet with the owner in person to get the keys. Our flight had multiple delays, which required me contacting him with an updated ETA multiple times. A key box would seem more efficient.

Thank you for staying with us and glad you liked the place and it's location. As you noticed our building is a secure building with 24 hours security and requires a Key fob to enter the building and to use the elevator. Tenants are not allowed to install a key box on the building. We have to accompany our guests to the condo and personally hand the m the keys. Our regular check in time is 3:00 PM but you requested an early check in at 11:00 am and I accepted it as a curtsey without any extra charge. I am sorry that your flight was delayed several times and you had to inform me, which caused you an inconvenience but that is a part of traveling.

Was there Sun-Thur for a business convention/conference. Myself and an associate stayed there, each had our own bedroom. It was perfect. Clean. Fridge even had some food. Full kitchen. They had coffee for us. Plenty of towels, washer/dryer… it was absolutely perfect. Great view. Quiet. Easy to get in/out of property with magnetic fob and easy to get into apt with the 4 digit door code. Was totally perfect.

Would stay again

We stayed here for 9 nights as two in our party were attending a model train convention across the street. This was extremely convenient. This rental is the best stocked I've ever seen. The kitchen is so well stocked! The hosts even stocked more toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags than any other rental we've ever been at. Communication was easy. The views are quite pleasant. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants, bay activities including whale watching, and the aquarium. We only had to use our car one day in order to get to San Pedro.

Great location, great communication

This is a 5 Star place to put yourself for sure. We were attending the Coastal Country Jam across the street so being here meant you could catch the lesser known bands and be a six minute walk to the venue. There are a lot of great places to eat and drink near this condo. The area is quite safe. The condo has around the clock security and you need a key fob to enter, use the elevator and get in and out with your car. So there aren't people loitering. Beds were comfy enough. You have a full kitchen. Monica's Deli across the street was perfect for refueling each morning. We will stay here again. Smooth process for getting set up on arrival day.

Suggestions

My suggestions would be to understand and possibly have dialogue with renters in regards to temperature setting instead of just changing what was set as a permanent hold by renters every night from cool to heat as well as increasing the temperature. Renters come from different areas and while Ca weather may seem cold to others it is hot. This made for very uncomfortable sleeping. I would also suggest looking / adjusting the hot water heater as the shower temperature was cool and ran out of hot water before the end of a shower even if we did not shower after each other. An additional suggestion would be having a list reminding renters of things like parking spot number as well as check out process and other information. The goodies and beverages were a nice touch. Thank you for that. Overall we had a nice stay in the area.

Thank you for your suggestions. We have recently installed the Smart thermostat that has set programing. Day, night and evening. You could have manually disable the smart programing and set your desired setting. I will disable it so our future guests set their own desired temperature. As far as the hot water,the hot water in the building is managed by management. Building has over 200 apartments and never had any hot water issues. Maybe the setting on the shower valve was not correct, I will follow up on that too. Regarding the parking spot, when you arrived I have personally escorted you to your parking spot, explaining the parking level and spot number, available entrees and exists. I have verbally in person explained how to exit the building during your checkout and leaving the key fobs in the apartment before exiting. I have texted you my personal phone number and asked you to call or text me in case you have any questions or concerns. However, I will consider your suggestion and leave a detailed manual inside the apartment for future guests. I understand that when guests arrive from a long trip they are exhausted and might not remember all that was said during the initial meeting.
