The main level's open floor plan also offers the perfect area for everyone to gather, whether it is around the dining table for that home cooked gourmet meal, in front of the 60" flat screen for a movie, or on the outdoor deck with views of the golf course.

Down the hall, the primary suite awaits, complete with a king bed, wall mounted television, and reading chair. Adjacent, a large primary bath with jetted tub and separate shower. A second guest room is on the main floor as well, with direct access to another full bathroom. Downstairs you'll find a the Junior primary suite, with a queen bed, private deck, and ensuite bath, as well the fourth guestroom and another full bath.

Included with your rental are six (6) guest cards providing access to the amenities available in Tahoe Donner. Each guest card allows access for one (1) guest only over the age of 3. Daily/non-transferable fee for rental guest per person per day. Children under 3 are free.

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Occupancy is 10, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age.
2. Parking for 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. While the driveway is flat and the approach to this house is moderate, a 4WD is highly recommended in winter months for all Tahoe Donner properties.
4. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
