The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with pillows, duvets, and linens that are professionally cleaned and maintained. Each queen bedroom is equipped with a mounted large 4K flat-screen TV. The kitchen is well-lit and features all standard appliances, including a toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, blender, microwave, and brand-new stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with basic seasonings and baking supplies. Additionally, a high chair and portable crib are available for small children.

4. We maintain the highest level of cleanliness and air quality in the home and out of respect for future guests, we respectfully request that no smoking will occur in or on the premises. Even the smell of smoke inside the house will result in a fine.
5. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the house rules listed are met.
